I was very thankful this place was open as it was December 27th and I was flying to Bali 2 days later. Everything was going well until it came to payment, I was expecting to be able to pay with my phone like you can everywhere else in 2022, I never carry my physical card with me due to the fact you can now pay with your phone. I was told they required the physical card, pay pass isn’t accepted, neither was entering in the card details manually despite having a picture of the card with my name on it, bearing in mind I had already shown ID with my drivers licence.

I honestly can’t believe that in 2022 the only way they accept card payment is by inserting the physical card, so many people don’t carry cards these days due to the convenience of being able to pay from your phone. I used to work in retail (at an optometrists) and we would happily accept card payment over the phone by tapping in the numbers. I strongly recommend reviewing your policies to avoid further upset to future customers.

Never allowed Hai Ha to disclose personal information for advertising and use for business purposes. It is unbelievable that business in the financial industry can have such elementary errors in Australia.

Extremely dangerous because there is no protection of personal privacy information, especially in the financial business.

Last month i transferred aud to india they given me good exchange rate and the charge me only $5 for transfer fees which is lowest fees and i don't know how they are surviving with lowest fees charges. Staff is understandable and helping staff.
This week i am going again to them to transfer some fund to my friend account i am sure this time again they will look after me
