HAH Lornebeach

This cafe is in a beautiful location by the beach. They have a good selection of vegan menu items (and non-vegan too if that's your thing). Lots of outdoor seating on the beachfront. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. Have been a few times and plan on going again!

I wish I can give this place zero star
I ordered a thick chocolate milkshake but it wasn’t thick and the chocolate tastes like soil. I don’t recommend this place at all. It is overrated because it’s the closest one to the beach. You can find better places along the road.

Our first trip out of Melbourne in what seems like years and greated with such warmth at this cafe on the beach. Our coffees were perfect, food perfect snack and smoothies best I've ever had.
It was very busy but staff and service was excellent.

Coffee was delicious and my chia bowl just yum! Even my son dipped in! Hubby’s beef jaffle was impressive but menu didn’t appeal to kids much (“Mums health food again” was quoted). Gorgeous setting and friendly staff.

This is an awesome little cafe. Right on the beach. Doggo and kid friendly. Even had some big umbrellas that protected mum from the rain (kid was already soaked and he doesn’t care about rain!).

Fantastic food for all dietary needs. And I got a decent soy magic (if you know, you know).

The staff are delightful, not too perky and chatty, just a really chill but efficient vibe.

Friendly staff and excellent food and coffee. Best coffee on the coast and served quickly even though it was busy with surf carnival. Wish every beach had a HAH. Looking forward to visiting again

Great location and great food, one of the few places in town that prioritises healthy food. It’s right on the beach so you can grab lunch or a snack without having to go up to the main strip.

Very busy which made it a little slower to get food/drink but the view and being right on the beach makes time fly. Well worthwhile

This is definitely a germ in this area. Their slow cooked Pork jaffle is the best, very tasty. Slow cooked beef jaffle also very nice too. Cooked to perfection. Dirty golden drink is very unique, cannot be found in Melbourne. Coffee is high quality, this cafe used very good coffee beans. Limited seating inside but plenty outside. Outside seating is very pretty too, full view of the sea. Staff are very friendly. Plenty of parking nearby. Located on main road, very convenient.

Great location great idea, health and hire,
Only problem was that coffee cups don't have handles so when waiter places cups on the table he grabs them of his tray with his fingers all over the top lip of the cups were you drink from because of no handles, now you have to put your lips all over the top rim of the cup were his fingers have been this is not right at the best of times let alone during Covid 19 times.
A bit more thought and training required.

Loved this place. They serve healthy and delicious food. Vegetarians and vegans have enough choice here too. For the kids they have a some toys too. The staff is friendly and really friendly. Really recommend this place.

Had a really good lunch here to celebrate New Years day. Staff friendly, food standard was extremely high especially as it was so busy. Coffee and smoothies were best in Lorne. Highly recommended.

Yummy healthy food, great coffee, friendly staff and an awesome atmosphere, a great place to go and hang out by the beautiful Lorne beach, love this place! Will definitely go regularly on our trips to Lorne.

A beautiful location in Lorne, a great way to kickoff 2020 with a healthy breakfast and great smoothies and coffee. Considering it's probably the busiest days of the year, the beach cafe delivered the goods! Great to relax and enjoy the location and switch off. A must

Vegan and gluten free options with great coffee, juice and smoothies. Chillax outdoors or indoors watching the waves. Very friendly staff. Great nourishing stopover as you drive along the Great Ocean Road.
