Great service and amazing tasting meat. There was a minor issue but Cody resolved it right away.

Do not order on-line, I was short on my order leaving me with not enough food for a double birthday celebration dinner during COVID lockdown.
The worst part about it was that Hagen's new they could not supply when they shipped the order (it was marked as N/A in the label inside the box).
Hagen's did not even call to notify me or to offer alternative.
Not a way to treat your customers when they are relying on home deliveries during lockdowns.

Since COVID-19, the convenience of next day delivery (for orders placed before 1300) is awesome. Meats arrive vacuum sealed, which makes easy work of sorting, freezing, and later defrosting.

I wish there were more options in the online store, however. I'd love to be able to buy some marrow bones for soup.

Have only ever ordered online & the products are always very high quality. Have had their fruit & veg boxes, salmon, various meats & the Offaly Good pate - all delicious!

Great delivery service and high quality organic meat. Living so far out from the CBD, it has been a challenge to get produce delivered during this time, as to avoid heading out to the shops too often. It seems like things have settled down and next day delivery is now possible, which is incredibly convenient. High recommended.

Good products but the phone receptionist is terrible. I'm sure you'll get more customers if you change the first person that is in contact with your potential clients

Terrible customer service. Ordered a 9kg ham and was told no choice but a 5kg ham on Christmas eve. No I don't want 2 hams.just wanted what I ordered. Terrible form on Christmas eve.

We’ve been loyal customers for a long time but we’ve recently enjoyed their beef butchery class as well. Fun way to spend 3 hours, learn about some interesting cuts and enjoy a great meal.

Probably the greatest rib eye steak I have ever had
So my wife says "get some steak and please can you please barbeque it on charcoal ". Sound easy to me, so I wander round to these guys and spot an aged rib eye. The butcher cuts 2 steaks off for me (maybe 1.4 kgs bone in) and home I go. They cooked perfectly over the charcoal and without a word of exaggeration they were easily the best tasting steaks I have had.
So your mission should be - Go there - Acquire steaks - Cook and devour.
