Hagen's Organic Butcher

They always provide awesome quality of meat and teach me what is the best way to cook each part of meat! I appreciate and am happy to be long term regular customer of them.

Hagen's Organic meat is next to none - I've tried cheaper organic alternatives at Queen Vic Market & South Melbourne market and find they go off quicker, don't taste as good and simply don't match Hagen's quality.
Literally only ever buy my meat from these guys now! James and Richard at Queen Vic Market are top lads!

I’ve been coming here for years but recently have really enjoyed the new additions with Vaughn & James. Love their customer service, they never disappoint with the options in their window.

Don't mind paying more for organic meat but, don't like having $1.25 eftpost fee added on without telling me (bought under $30 of meat). I find it dishonest, if not illegal (and how many banks charge traders that much anyhow?)

I look forward to my weekly visit to Hagens at Queen Vic. The staff are always so friendly and really know their cuts!

I selected a piece of pork belly worth $60 and the morons rejected my cash and said card only. I gladly gave my money to another vendor who gladly took it.

I've been shopping at Hagen's at Queen Vic Market and South Melbourne Market since moving to Melbourne last year. The beat products and really friendly service. I did my first online delivered order today because of lockdown and it was really easy to shop online and the product range was great, super easy to be able to buy milk, eggs and veges. I managed to make a mistake in my order (my fault) and Ruby was really helpful on the phone to fix my mistake and sort out a refund.

Amazing meat, bacon and sausages. South Melb staff are very friendly. Terrible service at Vic market.

I’ve ordered many times online and visited Queen Vic Market. Customer service is really good and responsive both online and in person. I can’t fault these butchers. I particularly like online as they have promos every now and then. All their products are of high quality. Their sausages are very good too especially the French Sausages and they don’t lose shape when cooked unlike other sausages from other places where they shrink to half their original size. I also like their pork belly / pork spare ribs - just perfect.

The meat here is great. They explained the cuts and recipes well as I was interested on how to cook it.

Been here also no buffalo in either shop, South Melbourne market or Victoria market. Please don't advertise the product if you don't have.
