My partner booked the groomer but I took her in and what a traumatic experience for both my dog and I. Never again. I cried so much. They overbook themselves, it's like a factory and customer service is horrible.

We have been coming to Hachi for a number of years now, but lately their grooming service has been very poor. Our latest hair cut was rushed and our dog's hair cut was barely completed. He had long sections along his back that were not cut, and they did not cut around his head at all. Will not be coming back

Fabulous grooming salon! Barkley loves visiting Hachi and always looks great afterwards. Given the quality of the service, the pricing is very reasonable as well. Makes sense why you have to book well in advance - it's very popular in the area.

Used to be fantastic when I first took dog here. Then there must’ve been a change of management and the booking service was horrible. Call the phone, directed by voice mail to email address. Then they get back to you 24 hours. This is back and forth. How frustrating! Go to Wren on corner of Malvern/Glennferrie. They’re nice and the booking system is a breeze.

Took my babies to Hachi for the first time today and I'm so so happy with both the groom and the quality of service received! To hear that my beautiful nanna of a Coco, sat in the retail store with Kya (?) while Carlos was getting his groom melts my heart and makes me so so happy! Coco would've loved that! Really disappointed with the customer service I received here. I tried to speak with a manager / owner before posting a review however I was seemingly not important enough to warrant a return phone call. Would not recommend based on client care alone.

Took my spaniel Teddy here at 8 weeks and he loved it. All the staff are great and obvious animal lovers and they have great products and toys too. Highly recommend.

We had a good experience here. Doggie came home clean and happy. My dog had bad experiences at other groomers and he became very weary when he’s at salons. Not your cheapest option here but they did a good job

A great store with great friendly staff! We take our dog quite regularly for full grooming and he is always so happy going in and coming out, and most of the time with a treat in paw! Unlike when we have taken him to other places he gets very anxious. Always worth the wait to get our furbaby groomed by a Hachi groomer! Thank you guys!
