I'm very happy to drive 30mins to take my dog for a groom with Emily, he just loves going and she always welcomes him with care and cuddles. Even if he does a naughty little sprinkle on the floor because he's so excited. He would go everyday if I let him.
Always happy to text when ready and always asks what you would like.
Prices are reasonable and the service is great. Place does get a bit busy sometimes, can be a bit of a squeeze getting in and out with the cars.
Other than that while Emily stays lol so will puppy.

They have a comprehensive selection for pets, and I found some dry food that my cat absolutely loves. Their staff is also friendly and professional.

My dog’s favourite pet store. They have great quality foods, origin, ziwi peak, prime etc. Treats and toys are a wide variety as well as clothing and harness/leashes.

Habitat is a great place for pet supplies. Our dog loves the store. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are super friendly. They spend time with you and your pet to ensure that you get the right stuff.
There is a dog washing area outside the store which is operated by coins. This is really useful for DIY.

We went into Habitat today and were served by Molly. Her customer service skills were amazing. She is very knowledgeable of the stores products and super friendly. We will definitely be returning to this store again because of her. Thanks again:)

Well beyond just a pet food shop, the staff have been consistently amazing over the years. The range is great but the team at Burwood have been so helpful and knowledgeable, I cannot thank them enough.

Amazing customer service! I was worried about a packages arrival date as it was a gift for my Aunt for Christmas and an item was not in stock. Kate very kindly went above and beyond and offered to deliver the package herself. Highly recommend this business! Five thousand stars

Love the variety of dog toys, especially interactive toys for busy dogs. Great supply of collars and leads too, also the most doggy clothing ive seen in Melbourne. I tend to find items such as a walking pouce with water bottle holder only here. They have snufflemats, chuckit toys, eco friendly toys, touch chewer toys and soft plush ones too. The staff are also super friendly and gave me a box for all the items i bought to make carrying to my car easy. Pricing is similar to other pet store and i prefer getting exactly what i want instead of settling for something else. There is only a few parking spots but ive never had an issue finding a spot. I always leave satisfied with my decision to get my pet supplies here.

My favourite pet supplies store. A good selection of quality frozen raw meals, snacks and general pet supplies. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The staff at Habitat know my dog Eli and know that he is a very fussy eater. I have tried many different brands and they provided us with samples to take home to try. The customer service is excellent along with the best support from all the staff. I've shopped at Habitat previously and they have maintained this level of customer service. Their products (mats, bedding and other) are of a high quality and the range is extensive. The advice has been extremely good for our situation and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks for helping me out with the samples.

This is now where I always get my two dogs groomed from and have always had a positive experience! They always come out happy, looking and smelling good. Grooming services are always pretty booked in advance though.
Shop itself is good, offer both fresh and frozen raw food. Staff are always so so friendly!

Took Bobbi to the Habitat two weeks ago, the lady did the excellent job, also I got this cute purple jacket to keep Bobbi warm

Ordered from them for the first time and wow I received my order after just 2 working days! I work in warehousing myself so I’m very conscious of how well they package items and it’s all very neat and professional. Will definitely be buying from you guys again. Especially because you’s are the only trustworthy company that stocks Meals For Meows Kittens so I’m very satisfied with this company!

Cheaper than petstock. Good selection of pet supplies and large warehouse. Store assistants gave good advice on puppy treat selections, leashes and collars. Would recommend. This might be my new go to pet store.

Love this place, the groomer Steph did an amazing job with my border collie, I'm am so blown away with her incredible work! Super reasonably priced, great service by all staff, I'll definitely be bringing my dog back!

Being a local, this is walking distance for myself, my wife and Koko.
When arriving Suzie greeted us with a smile and amazing customer service and listened to what we were after. Offering us help with Koko and her new training halter. We also picked up some treats for her.

Suzie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and some free tips on coaching Koko.:)
Not just us be she was doing the same service for all customers while we were trying the halter to make sure Koko was happy with it.

Thanks again and we will be referring to friends and family. So nice to have a shop close to home with competitive price.

Thank you Steph for the great grooming job you did with my dog Chiqui. I don’t think in the 13 years I’ve had her has anyone done such a good job, her paws were in particular, so well clipped and she looked perfect!
