I got an opportunity to work in Haars Lyndhurst and It was an awesome and interesting experience. Even I assinged in Propagation department, I got chance to work all the other departments and improve my skillset in many ways. During that period I was able to learn a lot of new things I have never done and not only but also gain valuable experiences for my personal development as well. I'm an employee at Haars nursery, the management of the nursery is very organised and helpful to it's workers and clients our flowers, herbs and assorted plants are picked to be the very best product provided. The team effort put in by the employees chose only the very best of the bunch, everyone is friendly and the work environment is a pleasant place to work in. I love working at Harrs and feel privileged to be afforded the opportunity to work with the company.

As with the other 1 star ratings, high turn over of staff.use and abuse the good will of decent workers.work here if you want to consistently work 50+ hours a week, but get paid for 38. HAAS your lack of consideration to your workers is disgusting.shift changes at last minute & expectation that u have no life or responsibility outside of work. They take advantage of a '3 month trial period' to pay u at a lower rate, in their busiest time of year.there is NO proactive management, only fly by the seat of your pants to get the job done.if you work here make sure your family realises that there is no set hours of finish time, HAAS dont care, you work until.
