Contacted H2pro because our hot water unit had issues and being an old unit we assumed a replacement was needed. Tony came to see us the afternoon we put the inquiry in and walked us through the problem, and managed to give us our options of repair vs replacement. Easily could’ve upsold to a more expensive option but didn’t, just gave us the advice. Repair was done within 24 hours with no fuss, at a fair + reasonable price. Will definitely call again for any plumbing issues.

Contacted H2Pro regarding leaking main water pipe near the water meter, I was advised that a plumber would be available the next day between 2 and 4 pm. The plumber arrrived around 2pm and was finished by 4pm. Overall I was completed satisfied with the service provided. A good job welldone

Thank you for on time service and on the spot repair. Julien is knowledgeable, courteous and professional, providing estimate what the problem and repair, explaining in detail what need to be done. Showed us what happened with the S pipe seal and was as suspected to be the root cause of the toilet problem we had. Had it done on same day and now it’s all good. Also provided estimate on what would roughly be the cost of the other toilets starts having similar issue. Will definitely use their service again.

Hours of investigation but was unable to find the source of the issue. Got someone from Airtasker to fix the issue for a lot less.

Very good business model from the first phone call to the final bill everyone is competent and professional. They explain everything, suggest alternatives and get the job done.
