I bought the "Roll Up Carpet Bonded Multi Purpose Mat 1.5X6m" for my daughter. She is so happy with it for Cheer training and also very easy to bring it to the park. Ivy from Customer Care Team was so kind and replied me quickly. We are very satisfied with both of their customer service and the products quality. Highly recommended.

Great product.small issue with some minor damage on the wood veneer bar covering, they organised a quick return and replacement for me and the new bars are lovely.

Bought some gym equipment online and the dispatch was very fast. Delivery was also fast, with the courier being excellent.
The equipment itself was really well-packaged - everything was well protected.
Overall I'm really happy with my purchase from Gym Plus and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

I, ve read other reviews for this place and felt compelled to tell my experience.
Was very interested in equipment they had, But had question b4 I purchased, So submited query thru their own message link, Got NO response, Was pretty sure about purchase thought I wud go in person considering the site said Instore shopping and delivery.
Drove down to cranbourne, Just over an hours drive from where I am, Only to find there is NO STORE just warehouse. So rang n left message BUT still got no reply, Customer service SUCKS.

Ordered a Advanced Gymnastics bar mat and balance beam, arrived on time.reasonable price as well. Easy to assemble. Will give sometimes to see the quality.

I will highly recommend Gym Plus as they are very professional in their service, not only when buying their products but they go beyond this and look after their customers after their purchases. They recently replaced an air track we purchased 6 months ago that became faulty which was not their fault. I appreciate their generous customer service.

Very happy with my new Attivo Safety Squat Bar.
Easy online purchase, fast delivery. It was the last bar to complete my home gym barbell collection. Great quality and price. Nice one piece shoulder pad doesn't move around and feels secure and solid on your shoulders no matter which handles you use.

Initially I was hesitant to order from an unknown site. However, I but the bullet and have now placed a few orders now. I have to say that the items are dispatched quickly and delivered within a week. Items are of decent quality and with free delivery. Customer service are also quite to respond to queries.

Quality equipment, delivered quickly and looks great in the home gym. Will definitely be coming back to Gym Plus for future equipment needs.

GYM Plus was hands down the best value for money shopping experience! Their products are Great and are the best value for money. Why pay more for a “brand name” when you can get a like product for half the price! Free shipping is an added bonus, especially when ordering heavy weight plates or bars.

We have ordered from Gym Plus a few times now and we have been stoked with the quality of the products and speed of delivery! Definitely recommend!

Take the customer reviews on this company's website with a grain of salt - we bought a product that wasn't what we were expecting - rang them and were told, albeit nicely, that it was our problem. Put a less than 5 star review on the product page, and they clearly don't like anything other than 5 stars as, it didn't make it on there, given that the average product review has it at 5 stars.
