Not good staff tying the lace up and not washing the hands just serving the food. Please tell your staff to have good food hygiene products most importantly have gloves on every time

The food was DELICIOUS. I ordered nachos fries and it came out PERFECTLY however, the portion was EXTREMELY LITTLE ans was definitely not worth $15.8. GYG used to give much bigger portions.

Food quality use to be good. Quantity is worse. Sometimes you can see the bottom of the box when you get it from them. When you ask, they say they measure the food and serve. Perhaps the measurements are too small I guess. Make sure to order 2 entrees if you want to satiate your appetite.

Today the quality also was bad. Chicken was over grilled (charred) and rice was too dry. Never again to this GYG at least.

This is the first time I have written a poor rating for this chain I like the breakfast menu but to day at Fountain Gate I was told breakfast menu had Finnished at 10.15am very disappointing

Ordered online multiple items and there was a whole meal missing from the bag.
Called the store, and the lady said there was nothing they could do, not even to make it and come back to pick it up.
Terrible service. Don't order from here.

So now someone has no dinner, and it's still our problem to get it resolved.
After 4 days finally heard back from the online complaint, and was told we had 'points' added to our account, which is strange because we never made an account! This is terrible customer service an outright theft. Don't order from here.

The amount of food and service was bad.felt ripped off and not worth the huge amount $16 for nancho fries.shame on guzman for such bad service

This particular Guzman y Gomez is pretty decent, the staff are friendly and do a good job at getting the orders correct in my experience, the Tacos are better than the Burritos but that is across all stores, I recommend Guzman y Gomez if you feel like Tacos.

I ordered the pulled beef nachos yesterday and ive gotten extremely sick, it tasted funny and it also gave me food poisoning not eating here again has gotten me and a friend both sick, clean your utensils and stop giving customers old disgusting meat

For the taste and quantity, the price is definitely worth it! Pretty affordable, and they have a number of options to choose from (of which most to all can be made vegetarian). I love how there's a spicy option as well.
The staff are great, and they're open till late as well!

Online order is painfully slow. They don’t treat it with any priority at all. What’s the point if it goes into the queue behind all the uber orders… they advertise saying skip the queue but then it’s agonisingly slow! Silly.

Terrible food received. I thought I'd give it another go here at G y G as I love mexican food and Nachos but NEVER again. Soggy nachos, paid for additional serve of sour cream and there was a drop of it.so non existent. Hardly any Salsa as well or guacamole. Maybe it is okay at other stores but STAY AWAY from Fountain Gate! It was inedible and I was so looking forward to it and it was absolutely disgusting!

We are kind of addicted to this place. Really love the queso fries and quesadillas there. Staff is also very polite.

Don't know how this place is famous. Tasted much better authentic Mexican food everywhere, for a much better price and quantity. Even nachos aren't tasty, with burnt chicken and terrible guac. Small pizza places do a better one.

Worst Guzman around. Stuff up on orders.ordered via the app. My bag was sitting there with chips going cold for 10 minutes whilst the rest or the order was being prepared. Got a snarly look when I asked to have the cold chips replaced. Off to newly opened Taco Bell.

Excellent service. The staff were incredibly kind. Went above and beyond to ensure I had a good dining experience.

This is my first time visit in gym. Actually they got friendly staff even though I couldn’t give 5star I expected more quality than this. Overall burrito is Ok

So I decided to go salsas since I don’t get Mexican often when I’m at FG big mistake the girl messed my order up twice nearly a third time till I said no so I got my money back don’t go salsas ever!

BUT! Here at guzmany Gomez FG Emily was great she explained to me the menu and read my order back to me so we were both on the same page and the meal was cheaper and better value for money F&ck salsas I’m only coming here from now on better service value for money and tastes 150% better!

Made my dining experience today so much better:) definitely coming back next time
