Really regret trying to order on ubereats from here today. First I received someone else's order and had to get a refund. Ordered again and when I finally received my order the 2nd time the chips were missing. They included 3 churros and an apology note about the first order but didn't give me what I actually ordered which I would have much preferred. Didn't end up making up for anything because I didn't get what I paid for yet again. Now uber are being suss about me getting another refund for the missing item because I only just received one before. When I called up to let the store know the girl I spoke to didn't seem to care much. Really terrible, careless service and I definitely won't be ordering here again.
I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at GYG. The staff was rude and inattentive. It took forever to get our orders placed, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. When we tried to address these issues with the staff, they were dismissive and unapologetic. It's a shame that such poor customer service can ruin what could have been a decent dining experience. I won't be coming back to GYG.
I ordered dinner last night, first my order was wrong, part of it was corrected, I asked for dine in, they bought out take away. The large iced coffee I ordered was small, they smothered my food with super hot sauce I didn’t ask for, I packed away the children’s meal and bought it home, it was reheated for lunch today. On what planet are Mexican burritos 90% filled with plain, flavourless white rice, a sprinkle of cheese and around 5 minuscule pieces of chicken?

Previously a regular customer of GYG werribee but honestly would not waste my time or money there.
The last 2 times I was there the wait times were ridiculous.
The most recent time it 40 minutes for 2 serves of queso fries and when we got them they were cold.go figure. The staff looked like they were doing nothing and the place was filthy.
Pretty abysmal service this morning (17/08). Waited nearly 30 minutes for dine in for a beef burrito, 2x $3 tacos and a quesadilla.i work at gyg in another location and know these items should take less than 3 minutes in total to make.when we finally got our food the server threw our food on the table (we werent even served in boxes), no smile, no words, just threw the food down and walked off.we spent $37.50 and will never return.if you feel like gyg from here either get it delivered or go literally anywhere else.server was a blonde girl and presumably worked a 6am-2pm shift as she was still working as we left the centre.dont work in customer service if you hate customers.
The staff was really extremely rude. I ordered a bowl with extra mushrooms and they did not even put the normal amount. The service is extremely poor and it’s not worth it to spend money here at all.
Food was great, but my GODDDD. That toby guy was an AMAZINGG server. He really made me feel VERY welcomed. Easy on the eyes too ladies;) 5 stars, I will certainly be back!
Poor experience.feeling ripped off after ordering a chicken burrito bowl, only to be told the beans (a core ingredient) is out of stock. I asked, “so am I able to add something else to suppliment that” and the cashier says “you can but itll cost extra”. I confirmed with her that because they do not have a core ingredient in their meal, I have to pay more to supplement it with something equivalent or even smaller, I need to pay, even though they’re not supplying me with the core ingredient in the first place? She responded yes and sighed.franchisee needs to talk to staff about the way they gouge customers when a product is out of stock.very unfair
Bought a burreto and it was pretty much a wrap of just rice and black beans. Hardly any meat in it.
October 2021 The chefs got our takeaway food ready and never called out the order. By the time we got up to order the burrito was cold and soggy and the chips weren’t much better

It has just gotten worse. Portion sizes are ridiculously small, chicken was burnt, chips were soggy and they gave us only one churro. The Taco Bill down the road is significantly better.
They do not offer the option of dinning in, even if it is requested, waste of extra packing and poor customer service. They don't care and are arrogant to customers.
Had dinner with my husband tonight (Monday) and we were served by very helpful, understanding and friendly staff. The gentleman who served us -who looked like the manager was really quick and resourceful to go above and beyond before we could even blink to solve our problems. We had 2 minor issues during the night but what made it was his attitude towards it all. 1st was we ordered 3 soft tarcos and ended up with hard shell, which when he found out he gave us the hard ones on the house and quickly made up the soft tacos for us without even hesitating. The next one was when we went and ordered 1 icecream to share on our way out and they had completely forgotten to make our order. He approached us and asked us what we had ordered and was completely on our side saying "is that it? " As if he couldn't believe it took that long either haha we didn't mind as we could see they were under the pump and had probably had a rough night. But the fact that we felt like valued customers to him made it all.
If he wasn't the manager he should be promoted because he is a great business man and we will be back again. It's all about gaining trust and customer satisfaction which he achieved both.

The one who gives out the food to delivery drivers was rude and arrogant
I asked if the sour crème was in the bag she said “ if you asked it will be there”
And it wasn’t
She saw me waiting do it and ignored me.
She also looked unhygienic and lazy.
Few days ago, I ordered a meal for take way. When I reached home, there was no chips and drink in my meal. Very bad. Even that day it was quite. I have invoice as well for that.
Staff inattentive and unwelcoming. Waited to make eye contact for someone to take my order and still not acknowledged. Trades people walking in and around the kitchen. No masks no gloves. Won’t be returning.
Ordered Regular Burrito Bowl but got small portion of it. Learn from both GYG Tarneit and Tullamarine whom be able to serve the best for customer. Their portion is a decent portion for regular size. GYG Werribee.you need to evaluate your business and the way you train your staff.
They always forget some part of the order. They pack the food with no Care. Worst place to order online from.
I don't know how he even got the job there.
