Why is there no email conact for this place online? There is a reason people remove items from food and they are still added! If you have walked too far and cannot go back you wasted $20! I asked for no beans and extra chicken (which was over $3) and I was given a mountain of beans!
Update: I did email them as suggested and never had a reply.

Ordered my food on the app, went to pick up at the counter. Server calling out orders was quite rude. Sarcastically said “you’re welcome” when I went to retrieve my order from him not giving me a chance to say thank you. Get it together dude?

Pretty decent burrito, grilled chicken burrito with guacamole. $15.90 though, prices are getting up there for these bad boys.

Dropped my lunch today and the beautiful people at GYG today promptly made another one - thanks team!

Not feeling like cooking we set out to Guzman for beef burrito bowls attempting to be healthy but were foiled by the delicious chips. Our preferred takeaway option

As a vegetarian I was very disappointed to find meat in my mixed vegetable bowl. I understand that cross contamination can happen, but these were noticeable chunks of meat mixed in with the rest of the bowl.

The reason I cannot give a 5 star review is due to the inconsistency in portions sizes every-time I go. Sometimes I will receive a loaded portion size whereas sometimes I essentially get ripped off. In terms of the flavour of the food, absolutely fantastic can never go wrong with GYG. All in all fantastic place to grab a feed they just need to make sure they are loading it everytime.

Food was decent but not as good as other branches I've been to. Staff were a little overworked and over it. Food court was busy as hell, unclean and wait time was long.

Ordered a Burrito bowl and was super disappointed. I requested No Pico De Gallo and it was included, I also paid extra for shredded lettuce and could find maybe 2 pieces of lettuce, not worth the additional $0.50, also the chicken was nothing but gristle.

My post got deleted. I can’t believe you would try and hide the fact I made a complaint as my partner and I had found hair in our food. I’ve taken this up with Heath & food safety.

I ordered takeaway via the app on a day when Guac was free. Unfortunately I still need to wait an additional 15 minutes before I could get my order. But! I'm quite sure on a normal day I wouldn't have needed to worry about the wait. The single staff member I interacted with was quite friendly as well.

It says that the hours were updated by the business a week ago…hours 7: 30am-8pm daily.
We came Saturday 5pm and the place is closed…. Please update your hours to what they really are.

I’ve always loved this GYG and the staff, going there quite frequently multiple times a week.

However today they forgot to add chips and guacamole into my order and i had gone home to a disappointing box. I then went back and politely informed them that they missed some items and as it’s been 30 minutes since it has been prepared, if they could remake it to keep the food warm. The lady declined and smirked that it’s only been 10 minutes so they can’t make it (untrue) Unwilling to argue and embarrass myself as there were many people waiting. I left quite annoyed that not even an apology was offered

Unfortunately after waiting a long time for the food. When it was finally ready it was already cold. Chips were a bit stale even though they just came out of the fryer. Burrito was good

Do NOT go here. The meat portion size I got here was QUARTER of what I get elsewhere. And the food made me sick. Never again. My $14 will be spent elsewhere next time.

Good takeaway with many options to choose from, ordering either via the online App or in store.

Fish is on the menu and lots of vegetarian options.
