Really amazing service and not like most of the fast food around this area, really good shoutout to sriram really nice on the till

The food is reliable but it's tricky ordering everything you want from their giant menu. Also quite pricey for the portion size.

Ordered about 3 times. Legit haven't got my very simple order right once, and the food that does come is cold. Hire people that can read.

The burritos are filling! But with disappointment. Flavours are slightly bland and rice doesn't seem fully cooked.

Don’t expect a quick/efficient service there. The lady at the pick up area is mean and not accurate in her work. Talk bad to delivery drivers. Remember this is an important part of your business

Will make you pay more for sour cream and no cheese. Totally unacceptable, but very good service got a free coke (after missing the order) ;)

I was served by a lovely girl with orange hair and beautiful freckles she was absolutely lovely and made my entire day 10/10 customer service she made sure that my meal was up to the gyg standard will definitely be coming again

Ordered a pulled pork burrito it had no flavour at all the chips were cold and the beef tacos had little to no filling really disappointed.
The food was just slapped together and a to add corn to tacos $5: 60 that’s a joke won’t be back

she was so joyful and amazing customer service! She really accomodated and assisted me with creating a high protein meal to help with my athletic, nutritional needs! 10/10 will be coming again

Place seriously needs a decent manager, lots of young staff walking around not doing much, orders consistently wrong (coke instead of coke zero? Cmon, happened multiple times), really slow service too.

Be warned. Shameless bribery offering customers a churro for a 5 star review. Do not trust any of the recent reviews here. Not only that but they got both my friend and my order wrong. She requested no fries and add lettuce to her cali burrito but no lettuce till the last bite and half the burrito was fries. Her burriot bowl also did not have any tortilla chips. My enchilada burrito had no guacamole (included photo) and the queso fries has such little actual queso.
The staff also failed to clearly call out my order number. What would be better is to use one of the screens to post ready order numbers like McDonald's. It was quite possible the most disappointing experience from gyg. How they managed to bungle both orders when there was 8 staff is beyond me. But it's the lack of integrity that takes the cake.

Came on opening day. Ordered ground beef burrito and chicken bowl with Chipotle sauce. Got a beef chunk burrito and chicken bowl with no Chipotle sauce instead. Disappointed but the burrito was still okay.
