“Estimated Pick Up Time” is completely misleading. When they say ready-in-3-mins it hasn’t been ready after 15mins last couple of orders.

Order online to save time. Go in store & after waiting 15 minutes ask where my order is. Was told it’s coming. Another 10 minutes & I ask again & someone had set it on a table & doesn’t bother calling out my number. So a nice meal of cold food. Horrible service.

My pork burrito was mostly rice. The pork eventually showed up at the very bottom, for the last 2 bites. But what's worse was the lack of sauce and flavours. There were NO SAUCES on offer, and to add flavour they had tiny little paper jars with jalapeno, onion and coriander. I had to add a ton of those to my sad burrito, which was an exhausting ordeal. I'll say it again: no sauces, no guacamole, just disappointment.

It's the second time they get my order wrong! The first time they put cheese despite the label clearly saying "NO cheese" and "replace cheese with chimi mayo". And now, instead of mushroom they put chicken. I heard them calling out "mushroom! " while making my order, saying they were out, so why make me a chicken one instead of telling me they are out? ! Disgusting, will never go back. Anyone with dietary restrictions stay away, they couldn't care less.

Have ordered take out twice and have been disappointed both times. Ordered via the app. Was given incorrect items and rice in the burrito bowl was undercooked. Don’t waste your money.

Thought I’d check it out, always exciting to see something different pop up in the area. The person taking my order seemed like they didn’t want to be there, and the person who yelled out my order number to my face seemed abrasive. Not a smile to be seen anywhere. Maybe they should do a crash course at MacDonalds on customer service. Food was fine, ordered a chicken burrito but counted one piece of chicken meat. If you’re gonna take my money at least do it with a smile and put some meat in my burrito. Will I go back? Don’t know maybe not

First time dining at the Fairfield branch. Owner was absolutely lovely and food was delicious. The only negative was the disposable cutlery which was hard to use to cut the burrito. Would definitely dine here again. Great food for the price.

Ordered through the app and set it to 12.50pm pickup, got there at 12.50, the app still said in progress, waited another 10 minutes and I decided to ask the counter if it was ready and the girl handed me my food, it had been sitting on the shelf the whole time but someone musn't have marked it as ready. I get home and it was cold and soggy, the mexican cola was warm. Dissapointed.

I came here on the Sunday two weeks prior and the I asked to eat in, but the guy made my order takeaway even though I specifically said twice that I'd like to eat in.

Heard the lady in the back complaining to her coworkers about us. We waited 10 mins in an empty store 20 minutes before closing until they finished their chat and told us the kitchen was closed

If you like your food cooked and put to the side for 15min rather than being given out, this is the place for you.
If you like waiting 20min post estimated ready time, this is the place for you.
If you like staff lying to you, than this is the place for you.
If you like paying for extras you never recieve, this is the place for you.

Absolutely legendary! I was not expecting this, a chain that provides probably the cheapest and best coffee ever plus incredibly friendly staff. I’m converted now! Well done GG!

Went here at 8: 50 tonight and it was pretty quiet. My friend order a medium drink and they told them that they had none of the drink they wanted In medium so she upgraded too a large. However when their food came they were only given a medium chips. They complained and were processed too be given so much attitude. The server was not only rude too then but also put them down in a completely unacceptable way. My food then on the other hand was left too the side for easily 10 minutes as it took 25 minutes too make my 2 tacos during and extremely quite time. The restaurant was also a mess

The Cali Burrito with chicken and ground beef is in another level of taste, is amazing! Same with the nacho fries and the quesadilla plus! Fresh Guacamole is 100% better than the others mexican chains in Fast Food. Music to loud some times but not to annoyin’, service could be better but is not the worst as many ppl say in other reviews.

The service was good; the employees there are fast workers and are well-mannered. The atmosphere is pretty nice for a chain fast food joint as well.

However, I cannot fathom what justifies the price for these meals and combos. The chips were average, and the food was edible at best. It did taste nice, don't get me wrong. But compared to your other options of fast food, I'm not convinced it's a good choice.

Maybe Mexican food isn't meant to be fast food. But that's just my opinion.

I hope whoever made the burrito bowl at 10: 33pm last night has the most comfortable and fulfilling sleep of their life

Highlight has got to be their breakfast burrito. The added hash brown is like the cherry on top. Also big credit to the efficiency of the staff. The store has been incredibly busy over the past few days, yet the times I've come in at around dinner my orders have been prepared very quickly.

Ordered pick up and it was the worst gyg I've had. So unlike the standard I am used to with gyg.
