I ordered nachos…. Did I want chicken or beef? 1st time there and had no idea.
Got chicken…. Hardly any cheese on it, corn chips tasted stale and I asked for sour cream which was only a drizzle over the top of the nachos…. The worst of it was the chicken was so dry u couldn’t eat it and gave some to a bird and it left it on the pavement…. Says a lot in its self……VERY POOR AND WONT GO BACK……. Music they had on there was very loud and we sat outside and still was loud and not very good music they played anyway….

I always wanted to try guzman y gomez. So we now tried for the first time. And last time. We ordered via uber eats (and paid 15$ for that) here. Which was a big mistake. The fries were old and cold. The tacos were extremely soggy as well. The add-ons we paid for on the burrito were missing. Basically my borrito just consisted of rice. Pico de gallo and meat? Nope. The addons like coriander - missing completely.

All in all an extremely bad experience.

The Burrito have shrunk, the Regular is now the size of a mini. Usual patrons were shock to see the size. Won’t be back it’s a rip off. Questioned the size with staff only to be told ”it what head office send us” in a smart a.se fashion. Lost 10 usual customers

I have received amazing service from GYG Maribyrong. Every single visit we come down either drive through or a dine in, the order goes through with patience, care, beautiful presentation and their lovely team work really hard to make the best experience for a customer

Manager Mickha, he knows how to look after the best way possible. A full five star experience for a fast food restaurant. Quiet happy I choose the food healthy and options are more healthier. All the veggies are fresh, avocados, beans, pico, rice and so is their mind and service.

Would love to come back again and again for this kind of service and be treated how you want to be treated. Good luck to you all. Wish you grow and do the same service to all.

Waste of money, tacos are full of cheese.
Barely any meat. No sauce, no tomatoes.
Check your order before you leave. They always get it wrong.

Great high quality food packed tightly. Great selection of drinks, I like the guava. I avoid the chips myself. A little bit more expensive than your local maccas but everything else is these days so it's actually good value.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at GYG braybrook and it has been an absolute nightmare. Not only did I suffer from food poisoning once but, believe it or not, I foolishly gave it another chance, only to be struck down by food poisoning a second time. It is safe to say that my experience at GYG was nothing short of a gastronomic disaster.

First and foremost, the quality of the food at GYG was abysmal. The ingredients used were questionable at best, with stale vegetables, overcooked meats, and poorly executed flavors. The supposed "freshness" of their ingredients was clearly a false claim. The lack of attention to detail and poor hygiene standards were evident in every bite.

On both occasions, the symptoms of food poisoning hit me like a ton of bricks shortly after leaving the restaurant. The severe stomach cramps, uncontrollable nausea, and hours spent hunched over the toilet were an agonizing ordeal that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. It became painfully clear that GYG had failed to prioritize food safety, leaving me with no choice but to endure the consequences of their negligence.

To make matters worse, the customer service at GYG was equally disappointing. When I tried to reach out to the management about my ordeal, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of accountability. The staff showed no empathy or concern for my well-being, dismissing my complaints as if they were inconsequential. It was a stark reminder of their disregard for their customers' health and safety.

Furthermore, the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant were subpar. The dining area was unkempt, with dirty tables and a noticeable lack of attention from the staff. It felt like I was dining in a neglected and unhygienic environment, which only added to my unease.

Given my terrible experience, I strongly advise against dining at GYG. Not only does their food lack quality and taste, but the risk of contracting food poisoning is alarmingly high. The complete lack of accountability and customer care further amplifies the already unpleasant experience.

I urge everyone to prioritize their health and well-being by steering clear of GYG. There are numerous other establishments that offer superior quality, safer dining experiences, and genuinely care about their customers. Take my advice and spare yourself the agony of food poisoning and the disappointment of a restaurant that fails to uphold even the basic standards of culinary excellence.and they forgot my lettuce twice

Live the freshness and taste of the food.

My 7 year old said "give this place 100 stars" so here I am giving it a 5 star because the food was good and service was great.

Not a bad place to grab a quick bite or lunch. Good Mexican food and the worker at the register was so kind and respectful. Gotta have more people like him. Food was nice, no problem with it

Hey guys, don't think I'm not noticing. You are reducing your portions of chicken and increasing portions of black beans and think customers won't notice? Last chance and final warning then I'm done.

Slow response during order and food porsion is too small. Learn from GYG Tullamarine they are the best?

Service is fast. Food is good for the price you pay. App keeps wanting me to log in every few months which is an absolute pain

Have only recently started eating here, and I love it! Live that there is some takeaway food that tastes great and feels healthier than other options.

Just terrible tbh more so the brainless workers, they're like the type that still use velcro instead of shoelaces.
