Now more than ever, we are in the height of Covid-19 and our health could not be more critically important. The impact of the stress on our bodies can’t be unnoticed, particularly our central nervous system and digestive system.

Suffering already from a multitude of concerns including bloating, indigestion, cramping, constipation, fatigue, headaches, hormone issues and anxiety - I have long been a believer in a holistic approach with colonic irrigation and infrared sauna for year. Finding Cathy has been a true blessing!

Feeling incredible. Before going to GutFit I was feeling bloated and experiencing stomach pains. After seeing Cathy for 4 colonics and 2 infrared saunas I have no bloating, no more pain, my sleep quality has improved - longer and well rested, I'm waking up with more energy, my cravings have gone down and my skin is clearer. I highly recommend going to GutFit anytime you need to reset or feel out of balance. *Note after my first colonic after not having one for a few months I felt very sick and had painful stomach cramps.this is normal, the colonic stirs up toxins that have been released in the first session, you don't want to build this toxicity back up so it's very important to go back the next day for your second treatment. After my first colonic I was ill and not wanting to return, but after my second I started to feel instantly better, then third felt amazing, fourth - feeling so clear and light! If anyone has a dermatitis problem or has problems in going to the toilet, I will totally recommend you to go to GutFit Health and see Cathy and the team at Gutfit Health. Trust me! This woman knows her stuff! After having a couple of colonics a long time ago, my dermatitis problems were solved. A Colonic will cure your dermatitis problem and whilst you are having one, you will realise how much "rubbish" is in your body. You will realise that what you put into your body can cause a wide range of skin problems and allergies. After you have a colonic, your self esteem will improve and after a couple of colonics, you will start to feel more comfortable with your body and you will start to see a positive transformation provided you have a balanced healthy diet (everything in moderation).

I’ve been using colonic irrigation as a health benefit for all of that time and have been to many colonic irrigation clinics in Melbourne, interstate and internationally.

Gut Fit is a very safe and nurturing clinic. The rooms are warm, inviting and clean and the staff members are knowledgeable and supportive.

I’ve had a series of colonics over the past few months, after tapering off medication. As a result, my Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner has advised me that my liver function has improved markedly since beginning the colonics.

I live almost an hour from GutFit but I choose this clinic for my health and wellbeing as I have faith in Cathy Purcell and her staff members. They are so willing to share their knowledge.
