Friendly and caring service. Was able to get all my medical needs met. Great staff who actually care about the patient and community they serve.

Seen that they were one of the only places with Pfizer vaccines available in Warrnambool, however when I rang them to book a vaccine as a front line worker they said no to me and said they only stock enough for their clients. Even though it seems as if they have plenty of vaccines available they knocked back a front line worker. So much for 'rolling the vaccines out'.

This clinic is by far the best medicinal clinic I've been to in years. Dr Kwan is both compassionate and effective. Highly recommended.

There security appears to be #1. My experience was not pleasant and they use Registrars who are finishing off so they can clear off and be a gp elsewhere. You are the guinea pig. I cannot say the inept gp was honest, open or in hindsight transparent or even showed the honourable behaviour that one comes to expect from a medical person. And if they dont like my review they are invited to come try and sue my butt off. The gp is a disgrace.
