Lots of space for war gaming, large selection of vallejo and citadel paints, often open very late to accommodate longer matches.

Sent 2 emails before someone finally got back to me regarding my online order. Then just got an email saying I'm getting a refund without any explanation.very poor service.

Pretty bad place. Boxes are sold damaged, and prices are misleading and sometimes full on wrong. Definitely not worth going to when there's now better stores in town.

Best place to buy Board games, And they have load of events, Like Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, board game night, Dungeons and dragons.

Great selection of board games and disc golf kit. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and best of all when not in the store, the delivery service is wonderful.

I Ordered a copy of the Kickstarter ‘My Fathers Work’ online from GUF in Ballarat. I had originally planned to run it for some friends in a fortnight’s time. Unfortunately I missed the first weeks post date and as the game day loomed, I hadn’t heard anything.a quick email later and GUF had elevated postage to express and sent it out that day. The game arrived with two days to spare, communication all the way through…. My group really enjoyed the experience made all the sweeter by the great people at GUF in Ballarat, nothing was too much trouble, excellent communication. Highly recommend.

Best place for games in Ballarat. Plenty to do and buy if you like boardgames, Warhammer, card games and disc golf.

This store seems to focus a lot on board games and disc golf, with plenty of card games being played as well. They do have tables for 40k but no single day events to get involved in.

D&D used to have one shot days but they seem to have been lost over the last couple of years, hopefully they will make a comeback.

Board game nights are great with plenty to choose from and an active and growing community.

Best disc golf range in an actual shop I've come across. The staff all seem to be players and have some helpful advice. They run a lost disc collection service from the shop which is really nice. Someone handed in one of my disc to the shop and they called me to collect. Top notch service

They don't accept cash, and no prices marked on stock, very off putting, as you have to ask for prices on products continuously. Won't shop there ever again.

Husband went there to update his PS4 it only costs $6 for a hour, plus they can update your XBOX. They sell a lot games and board games.

Great people and great service. Best spot to get all your disc golf stuff. And these guys even play the game not just sell discs. Talk to Mickey and the staff about getting into disc golf or just drop in for your next disc. It is addisctive.yep you can't just have one disc. And they got all types of other stuff too love board games and heaps of other cool stuff too. And they are open till 10pm on weeknights as well as the weekend too so drop in sometime soon.

This is a genuine nerd den, but it knows what it is and does it well. Great selection of games and friendly, if occasionally socially akward staff.

Although I would like to see some price tags as it gets annoying having to make 25 trips from the shelf to the register just to get the price, especially when your like me and have the speed of a 8 ton brick. Other then that the store is amazing and great place to meet new people with the same interests as you.

I enjoy this shop, good variety of games, nice staff and decent prices! Like to support smaller businesses, so always like to visit when I'm in Ballarat!

Excellent range, great staff and some of the best prices around. We're very lucky to have this as our friendly local game store.

I bought several games online from GUF, Ballarat, just before Christmas, after finding that they had the cheapest prices in Australia for several of them.
One was a preorder, the others were in stock. The communication was excellent, with them offering to deliver the in stock items now, and the pre order later, for no extra cost. Both orders arrived very quickly to me in Queensland, and were packed thoughtfully to avoid damage. I would buy from here again in a hot minute. Thanks for the great service.
