Amazing to deal with from start to finish. Needed storage for approx 4 months. Super friendly and professional. Came to my place after hours to work out how much storage I needed, managed to squeeze everything into a storage space that was less expensive than a larger one. Helped organised movers who were excellent - took care of everything end to end. Easy to contact and does what he says. The facilities themselves are extremely clean. Very impressed - great to deal with, no hesitations using again.

James and his storage made my move from Melbourne to Sydney a lot easier. The Storage facilities are reasonably priced, safe, clean and easy to access. James went above and beyond to help me with my removalists and assist with anything I needed. His communication and professionalism are ace and I absolutely recommend Guest storage to anyone in need for storage space.

I highly recommend Guest Storage! James Guest is the owner and he is a super good guy, really helpful and pleasant to deal with. We had to store our things for about 6 weeks while moving house. It turned out we had way more stuff than the size of the unit we booked, and James just made it so easy for us by allocating another unit for us, it was no stress at all when it could have been quite stressful to have been caught short like that! All our things arrived at the new house in perfect condition. Thank you James & Guest Storage!

I used Guest storage over the last two summers to store my belongings while I wasn't staying on campus for university. The team was so supportive and understanding, especially with lockdowns and COVID restrictions. Very reasonably priced and would highly recommend for anyone to use!

Best storage facility in Melbourne. Easy access, great security, reasonable prices and James is fantastic to work with. Even delivered packing boxes to my house. Due to Covid our renovations took much longer than planned and he was so flexible and helpful through. Would give ten stars if I could.

I rented a storage unit from Guest for three months last year as I was buying furniture to move to Darwin. It was during lockdown and so I had to buy everything online and get it delivered directly to the storage unit. It was a bit of a nightmare doing everything so 'blind'.

James and team consistently went above and beyond. Without fuss, they all deliveries on my behalf (like tables, beds, dining chairs, lounges, lamps, crockery, mirrors) while I was locked up at home working.

I seriously could not have done without him and I will be endlessly grateful for all his help. Pricing very competitive with other providers but the service second to none. See photos of the storage unit and then the final result when unpacked in Darwin! Thank you so much James!

I highly recommend Guest Storage:) My partner and I stored our contents there for over a year while we awaited insurance to fix our flood damaged home. James was excellent to deal with. The facility is easy to access, secure and clean.

I've stored commercial files and odds and ends in another storage facility before. We are moving house and Guest Storage was recommended to us.

I really could not believe the hands on service we received from James Guest. Not only are the facilities great, but James arranged to meet the truck delivering, and then picking up our goods, in person, to assist with the packing and unpacking of our storage unit.

It meant that at a very busy time I did not need to attend the failicity to load or unload. I did attend in between and found the facilities excellent.
