7I was there to buy new shoes for my daughter, happy with the price but I can believe 1 shoe available and the girl didn’t find the other! Customer under zero!
While stock was nice enough, l went there to buy a gift certificate for a birthday gift for a friend. After travelling over an hour to get here, the staff member l spoke to said this is not something they do, due to a change in operations? He also suggested any gift cards already purchased, would not be accepted, and there were no gift cards available under the new operations. As such, they lost my sale and l won't be returning there anytime again soon.
The service was exceptional! Honestly they were super helpful with what I wanted. 10/10
I had a great experience at this store. The staff were super helpful and professional. They go above and beyond! Loved it!
No recognition of being in the shop. I wanted to buy sunglasses, handbag and some clothing. After the assistant finished serving her customer she didn't acknowledged me, my husband purchased a t shirt for me but her behaviour was indifferent towards me. Not impressed
