We went to Gucci on the 21st August 2023 at around 3pm

The staff there was not very helpful or friendly. They were not interested in helping us with the things we are interested in.

We were looking at the bags that we want and I was struggling with the strap of some of the bags and the staff that was serving us just stood there looking at me. Not even offering to help until I ask.

The least you can do is at least smile. Literally did not give us a single smile from the moment we walk in. I even ask question, the girl just stood there giving me a face like not understanding us and just give a simple short answer.

If I was not rushing my last minute shopping. I would not have bought the bag from this sales associate for her to earn commission. It’s not the right way to earn.

You work for people, you do customer service. I mean, serve people the right way because they are spending money at the store.

I just love purchasing bags from this store. Kind staff who are really helpful. I always have an pleasant visit to this place.

Pretty average, I would say Gucci is mid tier. Service is below what you would expect for the money I pay.

Purchased a pair of sneakers today, the girl name Vivi was serving us initially was showing lack of enthusiasm, and seems to be rude when my husband tried to ask her some questions regarding the sneakers. Over all experience was good.

Big thanks to Lily, who’s at DJ Bourke outlet. Helped me contacted this store and get me the bag that I wanted. Thanks Peter for the warm service.

Terrible experience today at this store. A sales assistant working at the door named Alex asked as I walked in, ‘do you have an appointment? ’ I asked another lovely sales assistant who helped me if you needed an appointment to go in and she advised, no off course not.

Gucci customer service it outstanding and welcoming. Nothing like starting off your day with a nice glass of Champagne.

Went in today to exchange an online purchase and was greeted by Melodie, she was so accommodating to me and my friends, the store was lovely and everyone polite and warm. Lovey store.

Incredible service at Collins St store. I needed an urgent gift sent out same day as i was in hospital and unable to attend the store. Anissa in client services went about and beyond to make it happen. Very happy shopper and I have also had lovely in-store experiences as well.

Took my mum to Gucci Collins St to buy her very first Gucci piece. What an absolutely wonderful experience. Tracey our Sales Assistant was amazing and really made the whole purchase so special, she was lovely, funny and just so accommodating. This is what buying luxury is all about and sadly is becoming less and less common at other luxury houses. Well Done Gucci for keeping the standards exceptionally high. We will be back!

It was uncomfortable that the Indian security guards were trying to look at me all the time, when I entered the store to look around.
They treat me like I'm stealing something.
It’s rude and not respectful.

My partner and I visited on a Saturday afternoon to purchase a new bag. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the product quality excellent, however the overall experience was tarnished by dirty greasy finger marked glass counters and discrete piles of empty bottles and wrappers left around the shop floor. For a brand that considers itself so highly, the store’s presentation was not up to scratch and the attention to detail missing.

We had one of the worst experience. I have seen a lot of negative reviews and most the staff are very arrogant and have attitude problem.

I really think we should all bycott Gucci Australia till they change their rude staff or retrain them

Had the worst experience in Gucci or any luxury brands ever. We walked into Gucci today wanting to purchase a pair of sunnies but the customer service has had me appalled. As we walked in, they had someone greeting us but once we asked if our usual was working and they had replied no, they displayed that they had no intention in serving us. They formed a little group in front of the door, chatting and laughing away while we walked further into the store checking for the item we wanted. After getting practically no service, we decided to walk out of the store. It was at that moment when two employees decided to walk and talk without looking and bumped into me. If my sister hadn’t been standing behind me I would’ve tripped. All the girl said was “sorry” and they continued walking. Never once did anyone check up on us nor did they offer any useful help. I’m super disappointed in the service and expected so much more from Gucci. It’s ridiculous to see how the standard of customer service has dropped to 0 in the Collins Street store.

A five star for - Aiden. Very warm and patient who walked me through the luxury range even though I was not there for the same. Definitely will return there for the customer experience. Bought the male Gucci Guilt. Loved the vibe.

After such a wonderful experience at your store my daughter got her dream job (or so we thought)
At Gucci Bondi junction unfortunately being treated so badly we are forced to take further action.
My daughter had so many beautiful memories of your staff and how we were treated it’s a shame this is how it ends.
They say you shouldn’t meet your heroes but in this case should never work for them.
Keep up your good work sadly we will never shop Gucci again?
