16Love this place. Everybody knows me and people are so friendly and professional. Due to their great services I have introduced a lot of my friends to open an account here. Jacqueline is the best, love dealing with her.
We would like to recommend Mr Chris Blematl and Ms Jacqueline Rossi from Guardian Vault for their extremely helpful and dedicated work in managing our affairs. Rudest, most unhelpful, arrogant staff, not even a smile.
Had a problem last year, which was their mistake and not mine.
A very rude, female staff member, left a nasty message on my mobile and threated to close my safety deposit box.
A very helpful, male manager called and said he knew who left the message.
This year, received a letter telling me, they were going to do the same thing, which I had asked them, last year, not to do. Their excuse? Only one side of the system had been changed.
An extremely rude, arrogant, female manager called. Right from the outset, she sounded very abrupt and spoke to me, as if I was wasting her time. She made no apologies, just said "Moving forward". Asked her what she meant; but she wouldn't answer, rudely brushed me aside, virtually called me a liar and kept insisting I was not telling the truth, as her staff weren't like that. I informed her that, I was told by the staff member who had sorted out my problem, that the rude female had been sacked and she agreed the staff member had been sacked; but for other things, not because of my complaint. She also said I should have put my initial complaint in writing, which is exactly what I had done. When she found my complaint letter, she claimed it was not pleasant and I had been rude. Told her it wasn't rude, I'd just stated the facts. She still refused to believe me, making out that I was lying, talked over me, shouted me down, kept raising her voice and demanded I not raise mine, or she'd hang up.
I wasn't getting anywhere with her, so I said she could hang up if she liked. She slammed the phone down in my ear.
The first visit after having my personal vault there.
The reception was really rude, no polite words, only with poker face. I was wearing my cup and she said remove your hat, I did not hear clearly and she shouted back to me remove hour hat, without any patience. I asked why being so rude, she said she talked to everyone like that. Excuse me? You are talking to your clients, the people who really pay you the salary, I am not your tenants.
Maybe because I am from Asia? However this reception lady is also originally from Asia I think. So why being racist? I do not want to be treat like a prisoner there. Giving me orders only.
I talked to the manager about this ugly behaviour, manager tried to explain to me, but didn't receive any apologies or explanations from the reception lady.continued…

Manager called me today, apologised and explained again. I am feeling better. However this review will stay here, hopefully this kind of customer service will not be provided to other customers.
For a business who pride/ market themselves in a secure safety vault for gold and silver, they don’t have adequate assistance for the customer to unload a reasonable amount of silvers.
They don’t have lifts to bring heavy loads up to the reception/front door. And to quote their manager who unwillingly helped to unload: “its just humanely impossible to get everything up” then are you never meant to unload? !
Rude! Rude! Rude!
I called before hand and they say we dont need to make an appointment to come.
So we came on a friday afternoon and the manager/ person in charge were very rude.
She kept saying: well you can’t just show up on a friday afternoon.and she was clearly very annoyed.
But if you check on their website, it is stated:
1. Customer’s dont need an appointment to access our facilities
2. We have resumed access to the facility without an appointment from 1 april 2021
So. 1 star out of 5
Friendly helpful staff in both Melbourne and Sydney branches I highly recommend Gardian Volts to anybody

Good vault and security protocols. Poorly operated by a manager with no regards for customer experience. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

Worst custumer experience than any fastfood joint.and staff doesnt know how to talk to the kids.instead to be apologetic operation manager giving attitude.

Booked a small deposit box online, received a phone call from them confirming it was available. Went in the next day to be told they haven't had small deposit boxes available for a long time. Not good enough! Disappointed!
