I was really impressed by the effort and patience that Scott put into solving the leak at the back of my toilet cistern, always punctual, efficient, and keen to find a solution that wouldn't be too costly, it took several trips but he persevered and got there in the end, the invoice was very reasonable too. We’ve completed two extensive Richmond house renovations over the last 10 years and our second renovation was completely managed by Guardian plumbing. Scott was so thorough and patient with us, guiding and advising us. It took 3 years in total and Guardian plumbing was there every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I’ve even joked to Scott that I’m going to miss him and his crew now that it’s all over. Maybe we might be inspired to do a third house!

Had the gas meter moved by the network which required me to use my own plumber to move the connections, the service provided by Amanda (on the phone) and Scott (unfortunately for him - in the rain) was first class. Very highly recommended

I don't normally leave reviews but wanted to mention that Scott was fantastic. His quote to move our gas line was too good to pass up and it was done very quickly and professionally. Communication with the office was also excellent. He also took the time to give us some pointers for our DIY reno and fixed a small leak that wasn't part of the scope. Definately recommend guardian plumbing.

If anyone needs plumbing or gas services Guardian Plumbing are excellent and I highly recommend them. The service was outstanding and the tradie was on time, in fact he arrived much earlier than was booked. He was polite and did a thorough job. I was very happy with the price I had to pay. The whole experience was so professional from the booking right up to the completed job. I can not say enough about this company just give them a try you won't regret it. Just to let you know today I had my gas wall furnace looked at as it was not working and now it is. I also had them come previously and do a small job replacing some taps and fix dripping taps. They do small jobs not a problem, give them a go you will be happy with the results.

Yesterday, I identified a leak under my laundry sink and called Guardian and I spoke with Zac Maywood. I was super-impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He asked me to send him through some photos. Zac arrived next day and promptly identified the source of the leak in one of the connections and swiftly replaced it. Zac then pointed out an issue with the washing machine waste in that it didn’t have a waste trap and that it might cause a bad odour; I said there had been an offending odour for some time and he offered to install a waste trap, which he then completed. Both jobs were done and dusted within the hour. I was so completely satisfied with Zac’s knowledge and helpful manner that I cannot recommend him more highly! He is a super-professional and courteous tradie and I highly recommend him.

Our sewer was blocked on the first night of lockdown, desperately rang Guardian for assistance and Scott showed up in the morning and fixed the problem within an hour, also gave us advice on heater and other things, top bloke top service. Also thanks to Mandy and Zac for taking our calls.
