Guardian Pharmacy Bentleigh East - Mackie Road

We have been going to this pharmacy for over 4 years and they are all wonderful. They are all friendly and caring. They always look after me and my elderly parents with the utmost care. Thank you! ️

Most trusted Pharmacy. I've been using this Pharmacy for many years. The Pharmacist's and staff are very helpful.and nothing is too much trouble.

Very bad customor service. Went in today with my baby who was crying. The lady at the counter told me off for not checking in with QR code (while I was going to do after my baby settled). When I queued up to pay, the same staff was busy talking to another customer random family stuff and I needed to wait for them to finish chitchatting for minutes. Also I noticed other custmers went in without doing QR code and she clearly didn't mind them- talking about double standard! I will NEVER be back. Appalling service.

The service is amazing, from first meet with assistance to the Pharmacist who is always patient, and very tentative!
I highly recommend this place in these times of no service they give you great service!

Went to have police check authorized, was basically told come back later - we said it was time sensitive - happy to wait - again told - would you like to come back later (multiple times) in front of others - when we clearly didn't want to but felt embarrassed to stay - and will not go back again

Not only friendly and efficient but check that you know of side effects for new prescriptions and on your general health.

Went into this Pharmacy Today for the first time
Because woke up this Morning with a small amount of mucus. (NOTHING ELSE) thought I would get a chest cough medication
The Pharmacy assistant with the long brown oily hair who needs more job training, directed me to front of shop to pay where she then started to tell me I then need a covid-19 test
Mind you she never explained to me how to take this medication. Or ask me about any other symptoms which I dont have anyway.i will never return to this Pharmacy again! And would not Recommend to anyone.

Popped into this pharmacy by chance whilst on some other business nearby to purchase some hairspray. I received such cheerful greetings and assitance from the female staff there and my interaction with staff member ‘Paula’ was highly pleasant. Nice, thoughtful conversation was had while she efficiently processed my purchase and I got the impression these ladies working here are sincere in their excellent customer service. The premises was well lit and neatly laid out and whilst I am not a local to this suburb I would confidently and highly recommend this pharmacy.
