Terrible management and cut off stuff, no teacher attend to kids and keep employe very yong guys as educator which is nonsense

Have had nothing but negative experiences at this child care. The staff are lazy, rude, don’t seem to show empathy to the children and barely acknowledge parents. My child would cry every time it was time to go to child care. She hasn’t cried a day at her new child care. Do not recommend this child care at all.

I always felt there was something off about this centre but brushed it off for 2 years as “settling in” “moving rooms” etc. After covid and parents were allowed into the rooms I started to notice that the staff are lazy, disengaged and do not have a genuine love for children. A small handful of great educators and unfortunately the rest are shocking. Blatantly ignoring parents on arrival (so bad that one day I had to take my daughter home because no one helped me), pulling children aggressively by the arm (yes I saw this happen on more than 1 occasion) and leaving them to cry alone (the excuse being, oh it’s because their friend isn’t here today). Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Highly recommended! They educators are great - switched on and caring. They are always organised - the schedule activities during the day to ensure kids are learning and developing whilst also enjoying their time.

My daughter enjoys and loves going to Guardian Mulgrave East. All the staff were very loving and friendly. Natural and thoughtful outdoor setting. The chef Jackie is amazing and puts love into her food. Highly recommend.

Enrolled my child in the centre and the quality care given to him was exceptional. He settled in very quickly and they are very caring and always assuring me that he is doing well. They never fail to notify me if he is unwell or not drank his milk. They showed great professionalism. He enjoys coming to the centre and have learned so much in the last couple months. Thank you very much for all the love and dedication you have put into all of our children in the centre.

Our eldest son finished last year and had been at the centre since it was first opened. He was there for 5 days a week and loved going to the centre. They had a great kinder program with lots of wonderful learning experiences set up for the children. Our son enjoyed all the incursions and excursions (he still talks about it).

Our youngest has been attending at the centre since he was 9 months 5 days a week. The staff are very caring and accomodating to our son needs. He happily jumped into the staff arms every morning.

My son has been attending the centre since he was 4 months old. He has developed beautiful relationships with the educators and looks forward to going to "work".

This centre is amazing! The educators are so caring, nurturing and professional. The management team is very responsive and always puts you and you child first, especially Alyce the centre manager. The environments are beautiful and educational. We can not recommend this centre enough!

Really bad experience! I have sent my little boy there when he was 1y old, haven’s starts walking yet. He should be in the baby- toddler room, but not in the 3y old up’s room. Dont know why they join my little one in that room without looking after then he felt and bumps his head really deep. Now, 2,5y after his forehead still have a dint.

The most amazing childcare centre. My daughter has been attending this centre since she was 6 months old and we couldn't be happier with how well she's looked after, how happy she is there and all the things that she's learned.

This is a great child care centre! I've been so touched on many occassions how well they look after my daughter and how well they know her even though she is only in there once or twice a week. They do great activities and the it always looks very clean. Their playground is amazing, love how it's nature play!
