Guardian Childcare & Education Caulfield North

My son attended this centre for a year. 2 big things made us to change the childcare centre.
1. I found a big bump and internal bleeding on his forehead after he got home. I immediately called the centre manager to ask to check what happened with his educators. Then NO call back. Next day I asked the educators directly what happened, then no one saw he got injured.
2. When I pick him up, usually his water bottle is on the table but there was not. I found his water bottle in his backpack then asked the educator “ didn’t he drink water all day? ” And she said” sorry I don’t know. ” I gave him water then he drank water quickly. He seemed to be extremely thirsty. My husband and I emailed the manager and she explained “the educator took his bottle out and he had water through the day. The bottle was refilled and it was put in the bag right before you came pick him up. ” We tested the water in the laboratory and it was our house water. So the manager told us lie. His bottle was not refilled. We believe he didn’t have water all day. It was 37℃ that day.

The building and class room are fancy but the most important thing is our son’s life. So we change the childcare centre. Also the educators in the class changed every day. My son could not be familiar with them. Some of them even don’t know his name. He was called wrong name.

We absolutely love Guardian Caulfield North. Our daughter has been going to this daycare centre since she was 7 months old and we immediately felt at ease with the educators and the centre manager Cristina. We had the opportunity to come in for 3 orientation sessions before our daughter's first full day which helped getting to know the space and the team. Everyone we have dealt with so far has been caring, well-organised and knowledgeable. The communication is great and we have a lot of trust in the team. It's really nice when you are able to drop off your child and feel certain that she will be well looked after and that she'll be enjoying her time at daycare.

After struggling to find a childcare that suits my son's needs, we fell in love with guardian childcare. My son has improved on his vocabulary, activities and skills etc.thank you educators most especially Cristina the school manager. Thank you so much.

My son has attended this centre since he was 2+ years old from pre-kinda and now 3+ years progressing to full day Kinda care. Few things my husband and I particularly like about this centre is that they have full time professional educators, make our child easier to build trust and relationship with the educators. He has rapidly grows his confident, communication skills and motor ability due to variety educational activities provided by the centre. My son all the sudden fully toilet trained himself by monitoring his classmates in the class before he turn 2 and a half year old. This positive and pleasing outcome definitely were not what we were expecting but we were welcome it with whole hearted. The in-house chef also a big highlight to us especially for our fussy eating boy. The meals always delicious, healthy and full of variety. They also keep us up informed what our child eat or do by sending us photos and videos each class/day. I strongly recommend checking out this centre and experience yourself xx

My four year old son has been in Gardian child care Caufield North since year 2020. He is happy to go to childcare twice in a week. We have been observing and happy that my son is intellectually growing well. About the Gardian, first of all it is tidy and well organized. The manager and the teachers are quick responding to our queries and indeed, they look after my son very well. I am proud of you.we will be announced regarding any activities well in time, that makes us to prepare my son in advance. Finally, my son likes garden food menu than home prepared food. Thank you.

I am an educator at another childcare centre but Caulfield North I highly recommend, I have friends with their children there and I only hear good things about the centre. The staff are incredible and the learning experiences the educators set up for the children are incredible.
The nutritious food the chef provides for the children is outstanding as you can tell it is made with love and passion as I have had a few taste testers and looking at the menu, it is never boring.
If I didn’t live so far away I would love to join the Caulfield north team! The centre manager was amazing with answering some questions I had to ask, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease.

My children have been attending this centre for approximately one month, and they have settled so well. All the educators have been very accommodating, and the centre manager and assistant centre manager are so quick at responding to questions, and very helpful. Also the food is amazing! My 2 boys (now 16 months and 2.5 yo) attend Guardian Caulfield North since they were 9 months old. The center is very spacious and well equipped. The educators are lovely, very kind and welcoming. They create such a nice atmosphere and I am always amazed when looking at all the learning activities they put in place for the kids, even in the nursery space!

Even though we moved houses and have other centers closer to our place, my husband and I couldn't imagine moving the kids. We all feel at home when we enter the centre, from the warm greetings that you get to all the attention the children get. We can't thank the team enough for everything they do!

A great facility, incredibly friendly and attentive staff, and the kids love every day they spend there. I can absolutely recommend them for daycare and kindy.

My 3 children go here and they absolutely love it.
The Educators are all incredible and I don't know what the Chef is doing but the kids no longer want to eat my food and only want the food at child care. I was lucky enough to try some and I instantly realised why. The food quality here is amazing.
Cristina, the Centre Manager here is incredible, my daughter was having a really rough day and the way that the CM was able to communicate with and work with her played a massive role is her settling down and enjoying the rest of her day.

My son started this childcare when he was 11 months old. He attended nursery 2 & Toddler 1 room. He loves his educators and friends. He was very well settled. We are moving home from this area that's why we are taking him out otherwise we were very happy with this childcare. Thank you so much for taking care of him.
