Guardian Childcare & Education Blackburn North

Our daughter has been attending guardian for nearly a year now. She looks forward to attending daycare, has formed wonderful friendships and loves the staff who are amazing. Couldn’t be happier with this facility!

We moved to Guardian Blackburn North from another centre and we’ve been impressed with how attentive and communicative the staff have been thus far.

Both our boys have gone here since a early age with our youngest just left. The whole team is so friendly and supportive when having to leave the little ones while we work it has been such a relief knowing they are in good hands.

We have sent our 3 kids to BELC and our youngest is in 3 year old kinder now. He loves it. The centre had its issues a few years ago, but that was all down to a poor centre manager. The current centre manager Natalie and her team of educators are excellent. Their communication is fantastic and the educators are all genuinely friendly, caring and enthusiastic. I would recommend highly.

My Daughter recently started at this kindergarten and we both couldn't be more happier.

Been at this centre since 2014. Fell in love with the "Secret Garden", but it was the friendly staff and happy children that sealed the deal on orientation day, all those years ago. Everything I expect and wish for has been provided by the team and I can't thank them enough.

So far our experience with this centre has been great. The educators and staff are friendly and helpful. As a parent, I’ve been made to feel comfortable and at ease during my sons first childcare experience.

Child care center with poor management and communication. This is what we experienced:

On 25/02/2021, we paid bond and accepted the offer which is to commence care on 15/03.

From 25/02 to 15/03, the center had never called us or returned our call to organise orientation and enrolment. (During that period, we called center several times to organise orientation, however every time we were told that the center manager Tahlia was busy and she was the only one can organise, every time we left our notes and were promised that Tahlia would call us back. Disappointedly, we had never heard back from her.)

On 15/03 which was supposed to be the commence date, surprisingly, we received emails from Tahlia asking for direct debit details and fee invoice of first 2 weeks care. We were shocked that she only cared about money but not the customer.

After this whole unpleasant experience, we decided not to waste any more time with them and terminated the enrolment.

Guardian Blackburn North is amazing. I couldn't recommend this childcare centre more highly. We truly feel like part of a family, the educators and staff genuinely care for our children. Both my son and daughter have flourished under their care.

Both my children attend Guardian Blackburn North and I would highly recommend this centre. My children have attended since they were 10 months old and now are in the Kinder room. The care and professionalism of the educators is second to none and with out a doubt they have been a major part in shaping my children into the kind, empathetic, resilient and happy kids they are today.
Though out what has been a very difficult year the educators at Blackburn North have been the one constant sense of normality for my children and they are greeted on every attendance with warm smiles and excitement from teachers.
I can not thank the amazing team at Blackburn North enough for their dedication and love for what they do!

Amazing centre with professional educators and a very friendly manager Tahlia who always welcomes families and children with a beautiful smile.
Children are secure and looked after very well at this centre.
