Guardian Childcare & Early Learning Centre – Moorabbin

Having spent one day listening to all the nice things that this childcare has to offer my child to then find out on our next visit it was all bs. Nap time? If they dont want to nap they dont have to, as one of the staff take a child by her arm and leg to the ground. Yes not a cot but thrown to the ground on what seems to a bassinet matresses but thin& worse, Children crying with no comfort. The staff seem over it, and have lost their passion for the job. Just my experience and opinion. I did not send my child here.

Being a first time mother I had so much anxiety sending our son to daycare. My husband and I visited 8 different centres but none of them “felt right” - until we found Guardian Moorabbin. Whilst the facilities are lovely (clean, inviting rooms and a vibrant, huge outdoor area) it’s the staff who make this centre so special. You can feel and see the genuine care and love they have for the children, and I drop off my son in the morning knowing that he will be happy and cared for. I have met and spoken with many of the other parents at this daycare and they all have expressed the same sentiment, so I’m confident that this opinion is shared throughout the centre’s community. Another huge bonus for me is that it is tucked away behind Holmesglen TAFE, completely away from the main road and public walkways, which adds to it feeling very safe and secure (also being right near the Holmesglen hospital gives me more peace of mind in case of emergency). Love this place.

I sincerely appreciate all the staff in this center. They all provide excellent service and work very hard. My second son is so happy to be there and every morning eager to go and play with his friends. My first son also was in this center for 2 years and was very happy (he is in primary school now)

We could not be happier with the care, love, encouragement and support our child and our family has been provided at Guardian Moorabbin. Our daughter has flourished in their care and constantly talks about her educators, her friends and the many daily activities provided at the center. The staff have been professional at all times. They are highly responsive and proactively work with us while respecting our parenting style and our particular child's routine and needs. We love Guardian Moorabbin and the extended family they have created for us.

The carers at Guardian Moorabbin are outstanding, very experienced and they instantly build rapport with children and parents alike. The children are able to spend a lot of time outdoors and the photo summaries eaxh day are something to look forward to. Feel very confident leaving our child in their hands of a morning.

My eldest daughter has been going to Guardian Moorabbin for 2 and a half years now and we love it. She looks forward to going every day. All the educators have been amazing- nurturing, supportive and foster all types of learning. I trust them implicitly with the care of my child. My second daughter will be going mid year and I dont feel anxious at all. I highly recommend this child care centre.

Highly recommended! Our family have been using Guardian Moorabbin over the last 4 years for our 2 kids, from nursery through to kinder and we cant praise them enough. The moment we visited on open day, it had a sense of 'family' and we loved that it was an intimate centre compared to others. Our kids have developed so much over the time and are given opportunities to learn through play, imagination, practice whilst still having structure. So many of the educators hold a special place in our hearts, they genuinely care and make our kids feel like rock stars every time walk in!

Cannot recommend highly enough - the staff are amazing and are all long standing so have seen my kids from the baby room right through until kinder. It very much feels like a shared journey. The team are responsive to the needs of my family and we are very grateful for the quality care they provide. Words are not enough to describe the experience - it is the felt experience of people who know your kids and care about them and their development that makes this small and lovely centre stand out from the rest.

Cannot recommend enough. We visited and toured many centres around the Moorabbin/Highett area when looking to put our little one in Nursery and this centre was the hands down winner. We immediately felt comfortable, supported and not judged. The staff are very approachable and warm.
The anxiety of leaving our baby for the first time greatly reduced knowing she was in great hands.
3.5 years later and we now have 2 kids at the centre who are thriving. The educators are absolutely incredible, the girls tell me the food is amazing, they learn so much and have a great time playing. There isn't a day where they don't enthusiastically tell us all about the amazing day they have had.
Could not be happier with our decision.

Very very inviting environment (except for the mess that Holmesglen is causing right now, although temporary but not the centre's fault).

Good healthy food for all the kids with a great chef. Gentle & loving educators who never fail to say 'Good Morning' to each individual when we enter the pre-kinder room. My son loves to go there and always has stories to say about the daily activities conducted. Surely recommended and you will never regret!:)

Wow how great is the new yards. Just love natural feel, logs, sandpit and the big fort:)
All the educators are just lovely and Ben loves to say hello to the centres birds and fish every morning.

I would not trust anyone else with the care of my child. I had a lot of difficulty with other services before I used Guardian but their understanding of my anxiety and the care they give my child, has more than confirmed that I made the right decision. I recommend them highly to anyone needing quality care. The activities they do, inside and outside, and the amount my child has learnt under their care is exceptional. I wont be going anywhere else.

My mind is at ease when i am at work - Happy, friendly, loving, nurturing and committed staff all round. Clean environment, nourishing food, brilliant carers/educators.i have only good things to say.

Finding best child care is most daunting task but living in Moorabbin close to guardian made my life easy.the most caring staff which makes my child loves to go to child care and never complains on anything.they always provide nutritious food and is always looking to provide new learning activities for the children. I highly recommend Guardian Moorabbin to anyone looking for a loving care for their little one/s.
