Impressive service of chainsaw complete in just a few days despite warning of long delays expected.

Being a new farmer and owning perhaps the wettest farm in Victoria, I needed a way to get around my wet paddocks. Cole recommended a JD Gator and I couldn’t be happier. Great advice and customer service. Would highly recommend.

So impressed.
I loaded my ride on to the trailer and took it into GSW, worried as it a week before Xmas, and I though they perhaps would be too flat out to fix it.
Col was great. Rather than unload it, he got the guys in the workshop to have a quick look there and then, incase it was an easy fix. Turns out it was, and I was able to return home with the mower sorted.
We done guys. That’s old fashion service that doesn’t go unnoticed.

What wonderful staff they have here, couldn’t be more helpful, courteous, polite and knowledgeable if they tried. Needed a blade and spark plug for a mower they no longer sell and the parts were available for pickup 48 hours later even at this time of year that’s a bonus. A pleasure to deal with Cole and the Belmont team. 10/10

Poor customer service. Rang them 3 times in one day for a price on a part and was asked if i purchased the mower from them. I replied no I got it second hand. Then I was told i will get a phone call back shortly as everyone was busy. Rang the 4th time and said yes I did purchase the mower from them and I was put straight through.
I immediately hung up and went to the John Deere dealer in sunshine to purchase a new deck for my ride on mower.

I recently purchased a second hand ride on from GSW (for a great price). First time I used it I snapped a belt (my fault - cutting 6ft long grass), when I called GSW they had a belt in stock that they could sell me, they also were happy to show me how to change the belt to get me back mowing (same day as the belt broke) I couldn't be any happier with the service I got! 5 stars all the way

I went to GSW yesterday to pick up mower deck spindle for my ride on mower. Turns out the spindle wasn't the problem but I had a bent mower deck. Colin and the boys dropped everything and quickly straightened it out for me and didn't charge anything for their time. That's what I call service. I highly recommend this business for all your John Deere garden care needs

Rather dissapointed with the cost of ny first service as my mower had only done 46 hrs of work nearly 500 bucks and they said around 250 not happy!
