If it is possible to leave a minus star review I would, terrible service, awful customer service and owner is very arrogant

I’m with Dan’s review. Non responsive. Sent an enquiry on their web site to contact me re house cleaning 4 weeks ago. Sent a reply to the automated email response a week later. Still no response. This in itself answers my question about customer service and reliability.

Very unresponsive. Tried submitting a booking via the website, no response. Call them, didn't pick up. Called again, picked up, but asked me to text them instead. Texted them, no response.

WHEN YOU CALL TO DISCUSS THE POOR QUALITY THEY PRETEND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHO YOU ARE, CLAIM THEY NEVER DEALT WITH YOU AND CLAIM THEY NEVER GOT ANY PAYMENT FROM YOU. THE OWNER IS RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE, DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WELL AT ALL AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

My dad used this service and never again the guy is dishonest unrealistic and rude don't use this business.

Used once and never again. Got the good sales spill and are terrible clean. When you confront them he is a bulley

They did our end of lease clean and did such a good job I wished I had them cleaning our office more often.

I was having drainage troubles in my kitchen, and even after manually fixing the pipes, something would get stuck every now and then but calling the cleaning service had been a relief. They quickly examined the problem and removed all the stuck debris with their powerful tools which I couldn’t reach, and it’s been over a week since their visit—definitely recommended for people who face similar issues at their place.

A+ Very professional service. Cleaned 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 3 LVL townhouse making it spotless. Any future move out cleans. I'll be calling GSR!

Great services, this is the 3rd time I have used them for my steam cleaning. Quick and super happy with the result.

I employed GSR cleaning to thoroughly clean an old unrenovated 1 bedroom flat for return to the estate agents. I was really impressed by the hard work and attention to detail shown by the team. The flat looked really good when they had finished. They managed all aspects of the clean including steam cleaning the carpets. In addition to doing an excellent job they were very pleasant to deal with and had reassuring professional systems in place for booking, communication and receipting. I will use their services again.

Great service and response time which built my trust and made me choose this company in the first place (as I couldn’t be there for the cleaning in person). Afterwards I received photos of the place which was much appreciated. I’d choose them again, highly recommend.

I don't recommend everyone, they are not honest at all.

At the beginning, I read their reviews and they were very good, so I also chose this company.
But when I made an appointment with them to do end of lease clean, when the time came, only one cleaning staff came.
After the cleaning staff observation, without talking to me, directly called one of their company employees.
After about 5 minutes, this cleaning staff asked me to answer the phone.
When I answered the call, the staff told me that the smoke machine at home is too oily and needs to be extra charged.
If there are too many panes of glass on the balcony, you will have to add money.i was so angry, I sent him a lot of pictures of our apartment and asked for the price.
He also gave me a final price. In email I also asked if the price will increase again when the time comes.
He said no, unless the condition is very bad, the price will be increased, but after he looking at the photos, he said that our condition is ok.

As a result, one of the cleaners who came that day made a call after inspection it and asked me to add money.

They had no integrity at all. I asked the cleaner to leave to my apartment, and i no need them to clean.
Later, another employee of their company called me and said that there might be a misunderstanding, and then told me that if there was a need for cleaning,
they would come back to do it, and the price was the same,
but I was already disappointed with them.
It was a company with no integrity.

Very happy with service. They’re very thorough and communication is very good. I have used well known cleaning companies and nothing compares to these guys. Even scheduled regular services. Well done

Very happy the team at GSR, they were lovely and did a great job for us on a difficult cleaning task. They were super transparent, even offering to test their suggested solution on our floor first before proceeding onto chargeable work. Very glad we got in touch with them, and I imagine you will be too!

Great service. We had a plumbing disaster in our shop - these guys were straight onto it, clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done and all the right equipment. I highly recommend them:)

We got our full bond back last week without any drama by agent. Sure we do recommend GSR for End of Lease Cleaning.
