From the moment that contacted GSB I knew I made made the right decision.
I had a party to cater for during the busiest time of year.
David reassured me that it would be possible and suggested ideas along the way.
The food they make is outstanding, The Brisket was above expectations.
The sides were definitely a key stand out too. Try the garlic buttered corn.
I could find no fault in the quality of the product and the service that was provided.

Best smoked brisket and slaw I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place. The chilli con carne is bloody delicious too.

You walk down the drive and your nose is hit with that awesome beefy smoky smell, this is exactly what geelong needed!
Ordered the 2 burger pack and was blown away by how good is tasted, the sweet and tangy slaw goes so well with the meat, the brisket melts in your mouth.
Amazing!

Stumbled across this little gem yesterday. Dave and his team are super friendly, he is passionate about food and so knowledgeable.

We had our burgers today and fell in love with their food. Definitely going to be our weekend regular!

Really captures the texture and flavours of Texan brisket, the smoked beans and coleslaw. Takes me back to the southern USA. Dave is very passionate about what he's providing here and it shows. Delicious!

The best! I was a bit worried about preparing it at home… but David’s instructions were easy to follow and it all was soooooo good! There is a new BEST BRISKET in Geelong! Best ‘slaw I’ve ever had… we will be back!

We got the mixed burger 4 pack with 2 beef brisket and 2 maple chicken. Dave suggested the Tangy slaw for the beef and the Mexican slaw for the chicken. Both were excellent, tasty and juicy plus easy to prepare.

Had a weekend away in Geelong and was recommended this place by a friend. Hands down the best brisket in all of Victoria. We got the take home pack and everything we had was cooked and flavoured to perfection. Really clear and easy to follow instructions, ensuring the meat was still soft and tender. Will be making the trip from Melbourne just to have this in the future.

We ordered the pack with buns, salads, garlic corn, Texas beans, chicken and the beef brisket. Wow wow wow, so good! The brisket was the highlight and the Smokey flavour was incredible. Best brisket we’ve had hands down! The whole set up Dave has is fantastic from the smoker, the refrigeration, the cleanliness, the packaging, the instructions and best of all the service. Highly recommended!

Honestly the best brisket I’ve ever had! You can tell that every item has been thoroughly thought out and made with love. The attention to detail and flavour combinations were amazing!
You can tell Dave is really passionate about his work and aims to provide the best experience to his customers.

Absolutely incredible. The food the service, you could tell that the food we as made by passionate people. I wish I could have added a picture (to show you how good it looked. It truly is a shame I cannot share how well it smelt) but alas I couldn't hold myself back and ate it before the thought had crossed my mind.
