The guy is very rude and arrogant without any doubt I don't know how they got 4.7 rating this is totally opposite to what they are in reality

Ok I have to update my review because last night we flew in to Melbourne, desperately hungry and more tired than we've ever been in our lives. We UberEatsed a HSP and a kebab and holy hell, seriously some of the most flavoursome food we've ever eaten. You guys have really levelled up your food. Seriously cannot wait to get more food from this place. 10/10 would recommend

Always fresh and well balanced with meat and veggies. Not too salty and a very generous portion.

I am never let down whenever I order here. I ask for extra sauce on my HSP’s, they always listen and don’t skimp out on it. Beautiful beautiful service

TL;DR Highly recommended

Ordered a small mixed HSP with tomato, lettuce, onion salad on Menulog. Smart choice to wrap the HSP box with aluminium foil to keep it hot. The HSP was still hot after it arrived. The HSP is one of best I eaten so far and it's very delicious. The chips are crunchy. The meat is fantastic. The salad is great. Would recommend it for other people to try it.

I had the most AMAZING experience at this HSP and kebab shop! The food was extremely delicious, fresh, and what really blew me away was how quickly they served it. Hands down, this is the best HSP and kebab shop I've come across in melbourne. Definitely must try perfect for late nights too!

This place is good, food is good, quick and easy delivery.
The reason of 3 stars for the service. The guy was unbelievably NASTY for no reason whatsoeve. In fact, he was acting as if he urgently needed to get admitted in a mental asylum, he needs to be checked by the Psychologists and get admitted and isolated in a room and immediately send him to the mental asylum. It is fine if someone can't communicate fluently, and weak in language but having attitude like, as if he's doing favour to the customers by taking the order and once prepared he screams the order number to pick up the food.

The guy has no manners, having no idea whatsoever of how to behave with the customers, weak in language to communicate doesn't matter at all, and nobody would complain about it since we're proudly in a multicultural country and mostly the people are friendly, understanding and cooperative. But, he doesn't have issues with the language. But the rudeness, very very very rude and nasty behaviour? I noticed as it was clearly visible on the faces of the staff that even they were not comfortable and feeling good while he was talking and taking the order:

1. RUDE VERY VERY RUDE and NASTY: "No idea why was he acting as if he was doing me a favour". May be, he was recently hired and may not be happy with the job and salary he's getting. Or possibly, he has some animosity with the owner and trying to ruin the business. Don't know the reason but his attitude was very visible and suggesting he's going through with some serious mental health issues.
2. Stupid: Doesn't have the sense to understand what customer asking for, I visited dozens of other places. Just before I got the same HSP or full chicken meat without french fries from the place called "Love Kebab" on the same Sydney Road and asked them for the same and the lady at the counter who took my order corrected me and said, this isn't HSP but it is called full plate of meat, and in reply I paid her my thanks and done, very smooth dealing, in fact my phone battery was dead so I went back and sit in my car charging my phone and there's a guy (seems her husband - the owner) instead of calling me he brought the order to my car and I was embarrassed and told him, he was not supposed to do it and his response was, it did not cost me anything and said, Im happy to see my customers are happy and appreciate the service.
3. Dumbhead: Anywhere I go, I ask the Kebab restaurants to add any sauces but not the chilli one and they prepare and handover to me, but this guy is so dumb, and keep on asking me what sauces I want, and I repeatedly answered him the same, add any sauces what you normally does but no chilli. And again and again he was keep repeating the same question and asking me what sauces I want? I told him this is my first visit to your place and I have no idea whatsoever about what sauces you normally adds to the order. But, again he was repeated the question asking the same and acted as if he was giving at free of cost, even if it was free, he's not supposed to be rude and prove to the customers that he is a DUMBHEAD.

Otherwise, as I wrote above, the place is good, there's a parking option, food was not bad but the guy (seems, he's mentally retarded). Everyone in his shop understood what Im asking for except the rubbish, garbage, and a man with the trashy attitude. Because of his cheap attitude, Im giving 3 stars else it is not a bad place to pick something for dinner.

I had went there 3 times, food was delicious all the time and this guys never disappoint me, all chefs are very kind too. Highly recommend this place must visit.

The food is of high quality. The staff are very friendly and generous and go out of their way to make my experience good.
I have been there on three occasions now and each time I was greeted with kindness and a smile.

We got kebabs and man they were some of the best ever! Add in great service, quality and very reasonable pricing and you’ve got a winner! We’ll be back for many more kebab runs!

Always had a good experience in the past but this time we got pretty much dry meat in hsp xlarge and the kebab wrap was totally stuck to aluminium foil. They might have toasted it as is with foil folded into edge of the wrap.i ended up tearing all pieces and became quite messy. Chucked it in the bin half way thru.did not bother to ask for another one as they already took 20 mins for the first order and was freezong cold out there

Had a lamb kebab and it has to be the best kebab I have had in a long time. The staff are extremely friendly and the order doesn't take a long time to get ready. Only negative is that there is only one kebab shop in Melbourne with kebabs this good.

Delicious kebab and great hsps, most kebab shops have bread which is too thick but here is thinner so you aren't just eating bread
