Grunt is a great company but your courier company needs a lot of improvement ordered my Ute mar 2 weeks ago still waiting only coming from Melbourne to Kiama NSW. When going onto track my parcel it just says possible delay no company name no phone number or email nothing. I should have just drove to Melbourne and back would have been a lot quicker

Products are good but service is extremely poor.
They run paid advertising campaigns for items they know very well they have no stock of but happy to take the money in advance!
No communication about order status, expects customers to chase them for info and to chase couriers on their behalf. No respect for customers who spent dollars with them.

I would avoid these guys. Very unwilling to help when you have a problem. Blamed us for installing a dust kit incorrectly when their instructions are rubbish and now ignoring emails and won’t give us a phone number to call. Definitely would not recommend

The grunt 4x4 ups and downs are just amazing they make my life so much easier with my Isuzu d max when your hands are full. You only need one to open tail gate and down it comes nice and slow. And so each to close. If you haven’t got hurry up money we’ll worth spent. Tracey G

Purchased a set of up and down tailgate struts. I had a small issue with one strut, but Jack at GRUNT was fantastic and got me a new replacement strut sent out straight way, no questions asked, free or charge and postage. Great service guys.

Products and customer service are second to none. Had trouble with installation and went and saw them where staff were only too happy to assist. More businesses should operate this way. AAA+ operators

Purchased a seal kit for a new Dmax installed it very carefully exactly as per instructions. Did a 10 day trip including some corrugated dirt roads and seals came unstuck in places and filled the tray with dust. Emailed them with photos about 2 weeks ago on my return and heard nothing. Definitely would not recommend this product and absolutely no after sales service.

Have just purchased our third seat of seat covers for our Ford Ranger XLT and this time we went with Grunt 4x4 ones. They are amazing quality, easy to install and there are no creases anywhere. They fit like a glove! Very impressed, will only buy Grunt 4x4 covers from now on.

Purchased a seal kit for my Triton and installed as per instructions the kit has made closing the tailgate very hard to do and the seal has pushed out one side of the tailgate "miss alining it" I called Grunt and was advised to send some photos which I did and haven't had a return call advising what I can do to fix the problem. Very disappointing as I purchased a tailgate strut from Grunt 4x4 and this worked well. I would advise to give the seal kit a miss.

I am very disappointed in Grunt 4x4 after sales service. I have emailed them about issues I have with their tailgate dust kit pealing off after less that 12 months use and no reply. Not very happy.

I ordered a dust seal kit for my Hilux tailgate. The box they sent had 2 seperate instruction sheets for the pre-2015 models and the 2015 onwards models. The instructions and the photos on both sheets are identical which is ridiculous as the tub design on my vehicle is completely different to the one in their photos. Long story short - the instruction sheet serves only to cause confusion, the 2 taillight seals could not be fitted to my vehicle and I had to spend an hour working out the best way to fit the long seal at the bottom of the tailgate as it could not be installed as per the instruction sheet.

I have purchased and paid 3 weeks ago and still no items received.
They do not reply to any emails. Would not pickup the phone most of the time and if they pickup they just not interested or want tell you what is going on. The say they will look into it and will call tomorrow but never call (two times and still waiting). The tracking number does not show any progress as they do bulk scanning to reduce costs so it's of no use to the customer.
I will give them 5 more business days to receive my items after that this will be handled through the small claims court. At this stage DO NOT purchase from this outfit (can't call it company). Would give negative stars if I could.

Paid for my items 3 weeks ago with express post. Still no update or response to emails and messages. After purchase of in-stock items, told that the items weren't available even after receiving AusPost notification, now no response to updates at all. Very poor form. I will take this further if required.

Bought an idrive from Grunt 4x4, got told via email they were out of stock so I could have a full refund or wait and that for the inconvenience they would also send me an idrive battery monitor free of charge if I decided to wait the 7 days till stock was available. I choose to wait and thanked them for the free offer. 3.5 weeks later (not 7 days) I recived the idrive in the mail but no free gift? I emailed them twice and have just been ignored no reply atall! Poor customer service
