Grow Master Traralgon

I purchased a tree from here recently on the Eve of Christmas Eve, the store has lots of options, beautiful plants and trees, looked well priced. The lady who helped me was so kind and carried my tree to the counter and then the car as I had my arms full of toddler.

Bloody excellent. A young girl helped me with my blue moon roses, she went above & beyond. Gifts & such inside are a trifle pricey but apart from that, it is an excellent place.

This is more than just a gardening shop. There is a beautiful arrangement of gift wares, plants, tools, water features, and anything you could think of to put in a garden. Plants are of a high standard and reasonable priced.

Not so good service on the phone this morning. I called enquiring about red scoria pebbles and was told that they don’t have any, which is fine, but I was also told not to bother calling the other local places because no one local to Traralgon has it and the closest place I would probably find it would be Trafalgar Garden Supplies. This is quite a distance away, but I called them and they had some. Out of curiosity I also called Morwell Garden Supplies which is 5-10 mins away from Grow Master and guess what? They have full stock and always have. They said they have never ran out. Why are you telling people no one local has it when clearly they do and always have? Lucky I called to check or I would have had to go right out of the way. I think I’ll try Morwell Garden Supplies first in future.

Asked for a thing, they had the thing. Cash was exchanged for goods and services, both parties happy. Front nature strip turf looks excellent

They were very helpful assisting us to buy a water feature ️ for our garden and were very knowledgeable about the plants that would grow in certain arts of our garden.

Purchased the animated reindeers in January so I could be ready for this xmas and I can't turn them on. They desperately need oiling and the book tells you nothing. Sent an email through only to be told the wholesaler will contact me. Well it's Wednesday evening and still nothing. These reindeers cost me a fortune and I won't be happy if I can't have them going for the last couple of weeks of xmas The noise they make drives you crazy

I think I had a bit of a Julia Roberts moment in here on this occasion - I thought I looked ok, top, skirt, and thongs - hot day!
I was a little disappointed that the person beside me was offered a ticket in the raffle.but not me, nor any of the other people. I thought perhaps it was a minimum spend to get a ticket- but people spent more and less and were not offere.
Surely, any purchase should get a ticket in the Christmas raffle?

Otherwise, it was hard to find a nice pot at a reasonable price. Pots seemed to start at around $40, and then the price of the plant as well- from 24.99- a bit pricey all up for a plant i could have purchased from a local market, for far less.
I asked for wrapping on my purchase - a price of red plastic, where the wrapping around me was multi layered and coloured.
I made no fuss, but I resolved that i might go elsewhere first in the future.

OMG - the actual store was so tightly packed with Christmas things- gorgeous, but I was terrified of breaking something, there was so little room to move, my 12year old left the store for fear of accidentally knocking something- I walked away from the Christmas area for the same reason- beautiful, but a pricey accident waiting to happen.

(My last visit was a year ago- at Christmas, i spent near $400, and could not have said a negative thing about them, but I did not ask for wrapping, and I have no idea if a christmas raffle was on last year.)

Found a lovely plant for my Mum's birthday. The Christmas decorations are absolutely beautiful you could spend hours there looking around. The sales person was very friendly. Will visit again

Always helpful and friendly staff. Lots of additional staff working during the busy Christmas period. But the best part is the stock they have is amazing. Love this shop.

This nursery is more than a nursery. It has an Amazing treasure trove of Christmas Displays and lovely gifts.

A very relaxing and amazing place to stroll around. The staff very friendly and chatty. The sole of my wife's shoe came off while we were there and the staff went to no end to glue and tape it back on for her. Incredible service and all done with a laugh. Great place to go to relax and get away from life for an hour or so. Great plants and products to buy as well.

Fantastic service and assistance received from the staff on-site on a range of issues, whether it be landscaping, patio plants or general gardening. They also do delivery and landscaping supplies which are all details sometimes forgotten about. Also great range of indoor decorations, clothing and jewellery on site that make great gifts. Strongly recommend a visit.

Such a variety of plants, garden ornaments and all your land scraping needs all in one handy location in town.

It's more than a nursery with a massive range of plants and water features through to some of the best looking tree's I have seen.it's a gift shop as well with a great range gifts. Fantastic staff with the knowledge to back up the excellent service on offer.
If your looking for ideas this is the place.

Huge range of plants nice friendly staff. They are a little bit pricey but they do have some nice goodies.
