53I looked for the plants I was after online, they had it listed but when I went to pick it up an assistant there ignored me until I yelled excuse me then when I asked for what I wanted said no we don't have them and kept on doing what she was doing - almost as if I was stopping her from doing her work. Dont worry I won't annoy you anymore, I'll get my plants elsewhere.
Knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Two different types of grass trees, reasonably priced.
I bought Grass Tree Glauco. I also got help with putting the heavy plant inside my car.
Will definitely shop there again.
We bought some plants from here. Little expensive than I have checked with others. Good customer service.
Love this place staff are so helpful and friendly,
They have a great knowledge of plants,
Do not recommend at all unless you want to be ripped off and experience poor customer service. More expensive for exact same products available in nearby garden centres and they do not know how to be respectful to clients. All they care about is money. Rating one star as there is no option of zero or negative rating
Love this garden centre.has lots of interesting things as well as great plants.a little on the expensive side.
A lovely garden centre with everything a gardener needs and doesnt need! Lots of well looked after plants
Purchased 2 Rose Tree's this time
For $160.a bit steep. However I'm
Hoping i wont regret it.
Great customer service. Bought some plants and delivery was in time. Great range of flowers, trees etc.
It would have been good if only the sales person had listened to what was asked of her. Ended up around the corner and spent double what we had initially planned. Rule number 1 of any sales role, "Listen to the customer"
More up market.better quality plants.one of their specialities is Japanese maples "SHIANA". Such a choice.big nursery.lots of other plants.love this place and it's 150km from my place.
Love Grow-Master Heatherton, fantastic range of quality plants at affordable prices. Very helpful staff. Lovely therapeutic way to spend an hour or so.
Excellent nursery with a lovely variety of very healthy and well looked after and maintained plants. The staff are very helpful always willing to spend time with you to discuss your gardening needs or offer advice.
They had just what I wanted where others didn't have. The service was excellent and feed back was great. Definitely worth a look. Will be on my list in the future.
Lovely nursery, well laid out, and beautiful. Always enjoy visiting and come away with good finds. Helpful staff, always quite knowledgable. Love the variety and ambience.feeks like a large flower garden
Great range with very competitive pricing. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Recently engaged the services of Consultant - Jennifer to come and provide assistance with planting options. Jennifer was wonderful. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
Wow wow wow! Really great locally owned business with friendly staff and a great range of plants and indoor gift selection. Always ask for John, truly the epitome of service with a smile! No question too small for him.
Great range of products and professional knowledge is obvious, however the quality of customer service is below par and the prices way over the top. Definitely penny pinching to a point I felt embarrassed paying extra $1 for a pot saucer after purchasing a $125 plant.
Mixed impression - lovely range of plants etc and helpful staff BUT! All our plants we have bought have died a quick death. $80 fern, $50 on plant whose leaves keep curling etc. I suspect once without regular flood of fertilisers the plants don’t cope. Also its really annoying to be charged a dollar for a saucer after spending $100 on a tree, or 10c on a plastic bag after spending $200.
