Grow 2 Be Pty Ltd

I worked with the wonderful people at Grow2Be to deliver a coffee training program, Heidi and the team at Grow2Be are professional, patient, and facilitated a fantastic and fun day of coffee training!

What I like about Grow 2 Be are their fun activities like going to theme parks, cinemas, the city, the shops and zoos. We also learn about sign language which is called Auslan. It's fun to spend my day.

I've enjoyed going to the city and going out with Georgia. I also really like going to the movies while eating snacks (OwO). I've also enjoyed getting out and about with Grow 2 Be; cooking & drawing random furry stuff with my Grow 2 Be friends.

At Grow 2 Be I enjoy walking around the lake, doing paint by numbers, going to the movies,
and making new friends. I also enjoy volunteering at the Bunny Refuge and at the Wildlife Sanctuary.

I completed my placement for my certificate IV in Disability with Grow 2 Be so was with them for quite a few weeks. I absolutely loved doing placement here, the participants, the staff and the overall program is amazing and seeing how much the participants enjoy their time here is so rewarding. So much so that when they offered me a position to be part of the staff it was a no brainer! I have now worked for this incredible company for around four months and have never been so happy in a workplace.

Grow 2 Be is a amazing service where the staff help you learn new things like Auslan - also spelling ours names in Auslan - and teaching us how to cook new recipes. I also enjoy hanging out with my friends.

After completing my placement with Grow 2 Be, I was offered the opportunity to work within this amazing service. Their unique approach to teaching and supporting these young people is quiet awe inspiring and I feel privileged to be involved with this incredible innovative program.

I enjoy Grow 2 Be because I get to spend time with my friends. I enjoy cooking program and learning new things. I look forward to going on outings now that lockdown is over.
