Grovedale Milk Bar

Stopped in for lunch at 1pm on a Friday. Not much choice, grabbed a schnitzel roll.

"Disappointed" doesn't cover it. The outside of the roll was crunchy, that was the highlight. I couldn't tell it was chicken because the inside was pretty much mush. There was cheese that didn't taste like cheese, and gravy which didn't have a taste at all.

The shop no longer looks like the photos either, it was a but depressing in there.

Wayyyyy better milk bars out there.

It's no longer a good shop when the owner puts tradies before locals I previously had an experience that was not good when I went up to buy my lunch for work I was told there's only enough bacon for the tradies that come in the morning and the shop does not look like nothing the pictures show anymore I will never shop at that shop again they are better local milk bars around the area but don't treat locals like that

Place is amazing, me and my syblings always go here to get lunch or a snack if we can't be bothered to make it.
It is expensive compared to Coles or Wollies but is closer then them so its better

Perfect if you wanna grab something to eat on the go or a lunch fix and even treat wise

Great spot with very friendly staff. Hot Jam donuts highly recommended!
