So far my experience with GS as the Australian distributor for a bike I have ordered has largely been comprised of a lack of transparency and disappointment.
I made an $8k deposit on a Look frame in mid July 2022. I am yet to receive an expected arrival date for the frame in to Australia, save for being told ‘it will land next week’ for the past four weeks.
The experience thus far has left a sour taste and made me feel extremely undervalued as a customer paying for a $15k+ frame and receiving $2 customer service in return.
