1 I had a hair transplant procedure at the Melbourne clinic just over a week ago and the whole Gro team and experience to date has been phenomenal.
Marc from Brisbane has been amazing. He's been supportive and very quick to respond and answer my many questions. He was very patient and never put any pressure on me (I took many months to make the decision to go ahead). His first hand experience has be invaluable in being able to put my mind at ease every step of the way.
The Melbourne team who did my procedure made the whole day so much fun. I really felt like I was with a bunch of mates rather than having a medical procedure. I really didn't want to leave! Dr TJ explained everything and made sure I understood every step. He was great at making sure I didn't feel pain during the process.
The team of nurses were world class and worked hard all day - Gabby, Noah, Jayde, Kelly and Dot (the cleaner they dragged in to help with the procedure). They are very professional while also being able to have a laugh and make the day fly by. You're all skux bro!
