Grill'd Swan St, Richmond

Good burgers with lots of options to customise your food. Quick table service with online menu that has no additional charges for you to order online. My chips were a little too salty, but other than that, everything else was good.

I used the app to order my food after parking my car in a side street to gain free parking. It was raining, so by the time I got to store there was little waiting time. The guy on duty was very attentive. I even scored a complimentary drink due to my membership. I was on my own on this occasion and it occurred to me that you can order low carb options through Grill'd.

I ordered a burger and it came out fast and it tasted really nice I just wish they had more variety of food

Had the best experience ever! Tony waited our large table and absolutely and Nailed it! Definitely recommend Tony and grill’d Richmond.

Very slow in preparation. Ordered something but it took almost 2 hours. Very bad experience. Even zero stars is too much

Work better with Uber drivers. I wanted burgers and fries and chicken with the bottle of soft drink that was the only thing delivered from a $60 order.

My main gripe is the music was too loud and invasive for maintaining normal conversations. The volume could be reduced and the atmosphere would go up several stars in my rating
I liked that we secured a corner spot to chat while we ate our most delicious burgers.

Staff were nice.

Luckily I had my dogs with me, they appreciated the food.
My salad was a bowl of cos lettuce, feta cheese was missing, minimal dressing and a couple of pieces of
Canned beetroot. And my chips were cold and limp. The store was not that busy either. Won’t be rushing back there in any hurry.

I feel like this is something a food reviewer would say about this establishment. Personally, I think it's very good. I like the chicken burgers, and the chips. My housemate is vegetarian so he does not eat the chicken burgers. I think he is missing out, but I respect his decision.

Order taken wrong my food was walked around the floor for 10 minutes before I asked where my food was. They put it in a box and gave it to me. Every thing was stone cold and when I called to complain no one answered after many attempts

Went in on a Friday night for a quick snack. I ordered 9 nuggets. I was waiting for more than 15mins in the store. There were plenty of staff and heaps of orders going out. For delivery services. Delivery orders are clearly priorities over actual in store customers. When I asked how much longer I would be waiting the order ticket was brought from the back to the front and I was suddenly given the nugs. I've had great experiences at other Grill'ds it's just this store that was disappointing.

Lil tubby jack sparrow with his bandanna find it funny that we drove to two shops - one 5 mins before they close and this one 20 mins before they closed to be told they are closed.pathetic.update your times or close when it says online.

Obnoxious staff, particularly manager. Hassled is to leave our table while we were still waiting for our dine-in order, which took ages, so they could free up more tables for afl crowd. Chicken was cold. Forgot kids’ drinks. Chips an unlikely combination of burnt and soggy… used to be a go to for kids burgers but never again. Sack your manager.

Don't usually rave about a fast food joint but damn. From the service (Maddy & Angelo) to the food I can only give compliments, keep up the good work, it's rare to eat at a chain where the staff are actually doing thier job with pride.

Really disappointing that on Friday when we went for dinner, they decided to close the kitchen and their venue at 8pm! We got there at 8: 02 and the staff member at the order desk, said they’re closed and won’t take our order and to try somewhere else.

It’s a Friday, how do you close at 8pm, and we got there 2 mins after without even knowing your hours changed!

Disappointed as our previous visits have been good. The staff aren’t as friendly but the food has been good.

Bad experience. Staff just asked Asian customers for digital certificates. Never asked White people. Kind of racists.

Rally love the burgers in this chain, they make nice thick taste burgers with great fresh ingredients, the chips are good and tasty, with a fantastic herbed coating. Staff are friendly and efficient, a great place for a summer sit and eat

Top crew! We had a fairly sizable order (no other shops open!) And the staff were super friendly, and despite them being fairly busy they did a top job at getting it all 100% correct, in good time, and threw in some freebies. Thankyou

I finally tryied the "IMPOSSIBLE BURGER" and I have to say that it taste exactly as burger, even if is a beef made by plants The place is good, confortable and very nice staff.
