Yes i love Grill'd, though even more when it's done on point!
By far, the absolute BEST, juicy, ingredient filled Grill'd burgers we devoured
The team here were certainly pleasant, and the kitchen was pumping out orders, without delay

I ordered takeaway food here and was told would be a 10 min wait. But then the staff never told me the food was ready, even though the person that took my order was looking at me sitting patiently waiting. 45 mins later I asked what was going on, and found out it was ready. Unsure how they were expecting me to know this. Might be worth reminding them to give you your food if you go here.

Service was amazing! You took good care of us uni kids with quick service, delicious food and even a free drink! Will definitely be back. Shoutout to Tamzin & Laurence for being absolute legends!

We love Grill'd, and this one has a restroom for a proper hand wash after the burgers

Best burger ever, I work nearby and sometimes for my break I get it. The truffle burger is the top. Also options with lo carb, panini, gluten free. Good on you guys

Will be nice to add the truffle also on the chips as option or other dishes

Disgustingly dirty place. So disappointing for Grill'd as a brand. It used to be my favourite choice when it comes to burgers, and have dinned in many Grilld's across the country, but this one is the worst place ever! Staff working in filthy shoes and clothes, entrance door haven't been cleaned in ages as well as floors Couldn't eat my food and probably won't visit any Grill'd ever again. Can't believe that someone can serve food in such conditions. Disgusting!

I would like to give 0 stars, but I can’t.the worst place out of all the grill restaurants i have ever been to.lousy service, long wait (30 minutes) I was around 4 pm for a Simon Hamburger and a salad, dirty dining area with leftover food on the tables, which I decided to take my food home, but when I get to eat with my wife, everything was more disastrous, hamburger with a totally bitter taste, the salad didn't even speak, it looked like a salad from the day before, black lettuce making the dish look like a disaster, I attached photos, of the bitter smell of the salad I wouldn't know how to prove it. I will not return and I will not recommend it.

I was happy when I moved to South Melb near Grill'd as they used to be my fav take-away. Unfortunately the South Melb store is so slow, inefficient (they've got my order wrong 50% of the time) and kind of rude staff tbh. I know the hospitality industry is under pressure atm but the store doesn't seem understaffed. I used to love Grill'd Hawthorn and Windsor so I hope those stores still focus on good service. In South Melb though I recommend the Old Paper Shop Deli next to Grill'd - tasty burgers and great service there:)

Late order and then cancelled Grill’d South Melbourne never ever order from them. Or order via Uber eats! Poor form! And I’m such a competitive market.stupid!

The burgers were very tasty and well constructed. The amount of sauces were perfect.

Conveniently located with in and outside dining experience.

Downfall toilets are upstairs. Not user friendly for all customers.

Other than that will be back.

Popped in for a late night burger on a Wednesday night. Staff where friendly after I imagine was a long shift, burger was juicy and felt fresh.

Been here many times and around 20% error rate of some sort. Far more issues than other grilld's and/or similar fast food in the area.

Food here is always enjoyable, fresh, great quality and quantity. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I don't think it was value for money. Music too loud for a conversation and food was not that good that I would go back again.

The new menu has done great options. Mary's kebab (lamb burger) is nice and had a good kick to it.

Can't go past herb mayo dipping sauce for the chips

Came here to pickup food. Got ignored by front of house staff. I know Uber not the priority but at least threat the driver better.

I actually went to the subway near grill’d.and the chicken sub combo was absolutely incredible.highly recommend subway next door

Always come here with uni friends and I'm never disappointed. The staff are always friendly and always showing kindness towards customers even when leaving the store. Highly recommended Grill'd South Melbourne

Never had a bad burger here, good views of the street too when outside and never too packed.

One of the best grilled thats for sure
