Grill'd QV

Grill’d is a great burger place in the sense that it tries to make the dining experience a healthier one. Instead of the usual chips, you can opt for a healthier alternative like zucchini chips. Instead of the usual bun, you can opt for a low-carb bun. You can couple your meal with a drink such as kombucha. It all leads to a somewhat more guilt-free way of getting your burger fix. Their QV branch is reasonably sized and can accomodate a good number of people as well. You may also be given bottle caps that you will then drop into one or some of the containers that are for a good cause.

And usually when I eat at Grill'd the first words out of my mouth are Yumm. But this time my chicken burger was so dry I wasn't sure if they were tryin to make it into jerky lad.
For real, the rest was fine but the meat, that's usually the star of the show may aswell of been on holidays like I was when I ate this burger.
Chips were nice though, I'm not gonna lie, not me, no way.

Grill'd is a phenomenal franchise with consistent service everywhere. This branch in particular, excellent service, friendly, careful and top quality burger (I got Garden Goodness).

I have eaten here maybe 5-7 times and everytime my order has be prepared incorrectly! Terrible customer service!

I ordered the Summer Sunset burger and the Luxe Nacho burger and they were delicious. The quality of the flavorful beef patties is quite high.

In particular, the summer sunset had avocado and pineapple, so it was refreshing and delicious.

The sweet potato fries were also the classic sweet and salty dish (although the salty taste was actually much stronger), so I ate them all in no time.

One of my favorite Melbourne hamburger restaurants. I will definitely visit it every time I come. The hamburger and chicken Caesar salad are delicious. I love the light smoky taste of the grilled chicken.

Never too busy and the food always tastes great. Super friendly staff! They close a little early during the week I've found.

Able to order food quite quickly. Our table waitress was not the most welcoming or courteous, but she could have been having a bad night. The food was lovely I do recommend

Pretty annoyed about my experience at this one. I always love Grilld and love how friendly the staff are but after a massive mess up of my order all I got was a rude and dismissive response.

I ordered on the app and selected pickup time on New Year’s Day. It was late but the restaurant was still open for an hour when I placed the order and I was able to order on the Grilld app.

I arrived at the restaurant at my designated time after hearing absolutely nothing for over half an hour I got a phone call just as I was walking in saying that they can’t make my order. I asked why I wasn’t told before as I just walked all the way and it’s late so things are now closing and the staff members response was ‘I’m calling you now aren’t I’

I couldn’t believe the response, no sorry or anything just straight back chat. I’ve always loved that the Grilld staff have been really nice so this was quite a shock. She then said she could give me a refund, I was confused by how this was worded because she had to give me a refund. She then tried to refund me less money than what I had paid and not included the holiday surcharge.

I’ve never said this about anyone before but I honestly think that staff member should be sacked because that is not the kind of attitude you want to be representing your company. I have also never left any review less than 5* before but I’m really annoyed about how I was treated here.

Bit overpriced but the girl with the fringe that served me today was extremely polite, she went above and beyond for me. Staff were amazing and the food was tasty! Did take a while to get food though…

I had beef burger “simply grilled” with panini bun and onion rings
the burger was ok but not that special
the rings were crispy but extra oily I guess
the service was on point, everyone was lovely

Pretty good food and good service on my first visit. Nice and simple burger and the courgette fries are great.

I wish i could give them zero star, will never come back here again, worse customer service (we waited 45min to get our burgers as they pay more attention to their uber eats orders). 6 burgers came on the table with 15min gaps in between to serve.
As stupid as it sounds they have their storage area under their bench seats and they ask us to stand up in middle of our food to get access to it
On Saturday afternoon they have only 2 staffs and they are running late on all their orders.

Not busy 20 mins to make a burger and it turned up cold. Stop hiring teenagers they're rude.

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced!
Waited 45 minutes for a burnt burger and was several time interrupted from eating so the can get cups from the cupboards under our benches!
Never ever gonna visit this branch.

They ALWAYS forget to give me my chips sauce that I’ve PAID FOR? It’s happened twice now where they’ve left out my sauce!

I feel that this Grill’d is constantly disappointing me with its service. Using gloves on the computer screen to take order then touch the food without changing gloves. Online ordering platform doesn’t really work and they tell you to order online.

Horrible experience, ordered a mighty Melbourne with a few things taken off to receive my burger with what looked like avocado or guac smeered over the bun, not even on the mighty Melbourne. I asked to get it remade and a man read out what I didn’t want on it to the person making it, the second burger I received was a standard mighty Melbourne pretty much, still with tomato and cheese on it that I DIDN’T want, I didn’t make a fuss a second time as was in a hurry but ruined my dinner
