Let me first mention l do love eating at Grilled, not sure if it’s me but l still can’t master the art of eating a burger without it falling apart.
It is definitely the light weight buns that most fast venues use these days.
How about an heavy duty bun the “SUV” if it was a car…ha ha
Just be aware that the cost of a burger is reaching a price point where you may need to reflect on alternatives.
The 2 for 1 deal specials currently running on certain days of the week is an attractive offer and worth considering.

Food was really fresh and tasty, great atmosphere, tho for me the music could had been a bit less loud inside for better conversation with friends.
Staff are very friendly and efficient, highly recommended if you love a real burger and chips cooked with love

Was setting here today waiting 15 mins for food that was already ready only to be told to come up to the kitchen and grab it
How am I meant to know when a take away order is ready not bloody psychic.felt like the biggest idiot in the shop waiting around for something that was sitting on top of the bench ready to go.not one of your staff even checked in with me like what are you waiting on? Food had gone cold by the time. Terrible

Fast and friendly service even on a busy night. However to our great disappointment we've noticed pieces of bacon being cooked amongst vegetarian and vegan burgers. It absolutely spoiled our experience and what was meant to be our dinner. The taste of meat was obvious on our veggie burgers which made them "impossible" (to eat) burgers. I've asked staff member about it and been told "the vegan/vegetarian burgers are cooked on a separate grill plates, however they are busy today". They were extremely busy indeed and I felt bad complaining but it is absolutely not ok for a vegan/vegetarian burget to be covered in dead pigs fat! Half an hour after I spoke to them the bacon was being cooked amongst the veggie patties again. I don't think our family will be going back any time soon. If you are after a vegan/vegetarian option this is not a good place. Hope the food handling will improve the because their staff is lovely.

This is by far and away my fave Grill'd. Always try to come through when I'm at ozone. Highly recommend

Always good quality here. Rarely see a messy table that hasn't just been vacated, and staff are always pleasant.

Burgers were good but chips were pretty bad. Service is mostly a joke, bunch of kids running around: no one greeting at the door, table was not clean, water missing, chips delayed, Kids were nice and helpful, they did everything once prompted but an adult supervising them would have been better. I wonder what excuse management has on a Saturday evening! It used to be better than Macca's level of service here.

They became cashless, off I go; won’t give business to someone who doesn’t have balls to stand against this digital control.

Alway great burger, best burger compare to others.
Just the sweet potato chip always burn and black… sometime inside not even warm.
Believe chef re-fry the sweet potato chip from left over.
Need to return the chip 5 times out of 5 visit

It's grilled. Food wise you can't go too wrong with them if you like burgers that are a cut above maccas. Prices however are getting really expensive for a small burger which would be about half of my normal meal it cost 14.5 with a 2 dollar surcharge for Australia day

Mmmm when you order a burger without cheese. Sending it back because it is covered in melted cheese and receiving it back scraped of cheese 2 mins later is not the done thing. Thank god it didn’t hit the floor.
Very poor form. Even McDonalds can get this part right the 2nd time.

Everything was great from our visit, but we had to sit on the upper level, which is great but really needs air-conditioning!

The food is cheap and of above average quality, the waitstaff are attentive, and the convenience of online ordering for dining in is always a great alternative to going up to the counter or waiting around for waitstaff.
Though some of their food need a bit more flavour to them such as the chips, and the burgers are really greasy.
Very cosy place, bit dark though in some spots.

Great selection of vegan and vegetarian burgers. The place was a bit hot on the day we went. Not sure if air con was operational

One of my favourite burger places that's been in the game for a very long time never have they failed a burger with fresh ingredients and juicy paddy's that's come with the burger

Without doubt tonight we had the best burgers we have ever had at Grill’d - fresh ingredients and super juicy burgers. Amazing.

Not sure if you have changed the chef but whatever you are doing, keep it up.

Ordered two burgers from here and some chips
Got home and unfortunately the plant based option was burnt and charred, unable to eat it
I made my way back to the store and the gentleman at the front was very apologetic and helpful in sorting out my order and making sure it was made right.

Best Grill'd I've ever been, crispy hot chips, perfect amount of seasoning and salt, burger was put togheter and stacked with care, amazing friendly service, great job to the Knox Grill'd team

We have been eating here for many years and never disappointed. Fantastic burgers, Great chips and wonderful, friendly staff. And they have Stone and Wood on tap! What more could you ask for in a burger restaurant!
