Burger was great. A bit too much seasoning on chips, had to shake it off before consuming. Prefer old school service (waiter takes order not ordering and paying via phone at table) otherwise pleasant experience. Friendly staff, quick service, thanks

Get workers who can use their god damn ears. Also if you’d forget or can’t hear when ordering maybe rectify the situation instead of not offering a solution and just standing at my table like a lemming. I mean it’s your job to do so so maybe do what you’re being paid to do

The poorest Grill'd experience I've had. Zucchini chips overcooked and too greasey and salty, sweet potato chips undercooked and too salty, and beyond patty undercooked. Staff heard yelling in kitchen angrily. The only redeeming feature was the waiter on the floor who was very friendly and the fitout is nice.

Nicely designed joint for a burger. Wagyu wonder was good, perhaps a little small. Chicken bites weren't as good, perhaps get the sauces or the hot ones instead. Sweet potato fries are always on point and crispy, recommend those bad boys.

First time going! The food was really great but not 100%… we ordered off our phones they had missed honestly so much things we paid for it was getting to the point we didn’t bother asking for the women as we had to call her other 6+ times … we wished even for a sorry or a voucher for so much mess around.i loved it i am not sure if i’ll be back due to this. I also have anxiety and if i didn’t have my partner i wouldn’t of had hardly my meal, it also is a little pricy for the size …

Shout out to the team for being mindful of allergies and ensuring that we were able to eat our burgers without worrying. It’s the little things like putting the bun on the grill instead of through the toaster that makes the difference. It was no bother, no eye roll and a great experience when taking a short break to refuel during Christmas shopping.

It's a great product and I'm usually really impressed both by the team and the food. But the Flinders Lane, Melbourne, outlet is a real disappointment. Surely staff, food on the floor in the service area and no sense of service. A bit sad.

Delicious burgers at a reasonable price.

I got the summer sunset and sweet potato fries as a side and the food was tasty. The burger was a complete mess while eating through it and could have been constructed better. The sweet potato fries were great.

Expect to spend around $15-18 for a burger and $5-7 for chips here.

Pretty disappointing. Got lamb burger and chips. The chips were bland and the burger itself was served luke warm, or only marginally above room temperature.

Best food ever had so worth it and very cheap when you’re compositing the price to what you’re getting.

Their burgers are AMAZING! I love their low carb buns as an option. Hotbird with brief is my go to burger. Their Stranger Things Demogorgon burger was amazing too! That chilli dipping sauce YUM!

Waited over 2 hours for the food when it was just around the corner from where we where staying

Great food. I got the Zen Hen and some chips, the chicken was great and the veges were very fresh.

Came here for dinner 2 times, because the other stores in city have closed (before 8pm).
Very nice staff, burgers are always my fav in Melbourne. Love the thick chips and zucchini chips - just have.

We ordered $70 worth of food from here through uber eats, waited an hour while our order got delayed again and again, and then they cancelled our order. Super unhappy with this

My favourite Grilld in Melbourne. Great food and great customer service. A huge thank you for Peter for helping us out when the delivery service didn't pick up our order for 90 minutes.

The new honey soy hfc bites arent pleasant to eat, and the discount coupon for them glitched and took off the chips cost instead.

Went on a Tuesday night after a movie at the Kino. There were three other people there, including an athletic young man who was probably a tourist. By the time we left, we were the last. The city was dead. Many businesses are closed, including Roozevelt's.
