75I never leave reviews but this place truly sucks! All 3 of our burgers were wrong and they took 50 minutes to come out. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Called up, they said my order would be ready in 10-15min. 40min later, after waiting around in the place for 25min and asking about it several times, I received my food. Bacon was burnt, nearly completely black. And to top it off they forgot my side. In the 40min I was waiting I also saw another customer complain they had been given the wrong Burger. Ridiculous!
Never had an order come out right here. Totally dysfunctional. Cold food, wrong order, missing items, bad service.
My regular Zen hem burger is my favourite
Although a little too watery running below the bun, from the tasty juices it was nice. Most of all, the fact that the speaker above me was annoyingly not working properly and the sound was appalling. I was impressed at the proffessionals. The waitress and manager were respectful and immediately attended to the speaker ensuring my dining experience was overall very comfortable.
Placed an online order. They forgot my chips: (but luckily I realised and went back. Barbie bundle was delicious!
Really disappointed in my food. I normally go to northland grilld and love it they never disappoint, but gilld Fairfield did. The chips were under cooked cold and had no flavour on them. The bun was also burnt. Couldn’t even eat half of it and just threw the rest of it out.
I usually like Grilld, but this was not a good experience.

Hopeless, put the prices up, yet with more staff than customers still can't get it right, hate to see when it's busy, if it ever does get that way again. Don't bother anymore.
Disappointed with the Barbie Burger meal. Didn’t come in the box or the pink bun. Missed the experience completely

We love Grill'd Fairfield, it's our sometimes local and has never let us down. Chips always cooked well and the food is tasty
Every time I attend this Grilld, I have the same experience fails. Very slow service! Toilets stink and doors are un touchable. Clearly there is a lack of oversight and culture. Not a busy store so I don't get it?
Would never recommend either eating in or getting takeaway from here. Order two burgers and had to wait over half an hour while I watched employee’s laugh, sip drinks and eat food behind the counter. Literally had to go and ask where my meal was and it was just sitting there the whole time without them even knowing. More importantly it was then cold when I finally ate.
Had an impossible cheeseburger and chips. The bun was hard and stale. The patty was burnt. I asked for no onion and got onion and the chips were undercooked and still hard.
Not worth the money won’t be going back.
The manager there, a nice lady called kathleen made me feel welcome and the food was delicious.
I use this place often. The vegetarian burger is better than other fast food outlets, and the staff efficient and professional.

Picked up an uber order and waited 15 minutes, turns out the order was sitting there the entire time. The super “Nice" lady deliberately ignored me while I just stood in front of her the whole time, showed her the name on my phone clearly, and constant kindly asked for 3 times. 3 times. 3 times.
Mistakes in a job is understandable, but the cocky attitude without any apology or smile, blamed me with rolling eyes said "I called out! " is different level of art.
And a guy seems like manager came after and helped her said to me "u did't listen" just a great team work!
Is it how you treat delivery people or because how I look? Or maybe the Micky mouse on my jacket make u feel jealous?What triggered u did this to me? Tell me, will listen more carefully this time.

45 minute wait for a burger and two sliders… uncouth… Below average food, below average service. Prioritising Uber eats orders over dine in customers is an atrocity. Go to George’s fish and chips next door.
For the most part the food is delicious. I have only ever ordered chicken burgers from them (and once a lamb burger) and they are usually very tasty and succulent, and the sides are similarly enjoyable. Importantly, they have a wide range of options for those of us with strict dietary requirements, and especially good are their gluten free offerings which we have never had any trouble with in terms of a reaction to. Unfortunately, it's not cheap to get the burgers gluten free, and if you are substituting ingredients for others ones (even just the sauce!) it will rack up extra frees. Also, they do tend to struggle with the sweet potato chips, which are often undercooked and/or under-salted.and the eggs are almost always overdone. I've found the snack chip portions are often skimped on, but the full size ones are generally fine.
Delivery orders generally take about an hour or less to arrive after placing, and I live approximately 10 minutes away by car, which I consider to be in good time.
That all being said, they have fairly frequently messed up orders, either wherein a burger has to be discarded because it's incorrect and doesn't meet dietary requirements, or just forgetting to add sides or drinks to the order. I don't really take issue so much with the mistakes themselves as from my understanding, Grill'd workers are underpaid and overworked, but rather the compensation offered for said mistakes. They will get back to you swiftly and politely if you submit feedback on it, but are reluctant to offer an actual refund, instead opting to mail you vouchers that one; are only for a free burger with the purchase of another burger, and two; can only be used in-store at Fairfield specifically within a meagre couple of months after the issue date. If I was able to visit the store myself, I would be doing that instead of getting delivery! This renders the idea of it being actually compensatory rather laughable.
Note: I have only ever ordered delivery from this restaurant, and have never been there in person. For this reason I am unable to comment on the service and cleanliness of the restaurant itself. Delivery orders I place are through the Grill'd website/app itself, not a third-party app.
