Disappointed, burger cold, chips hot. Too busy focusing on takeaway, leaving burgers on counter.

Its been a while since I was last at a Grill'd and its changed quite abit.
Had the Fable truffle and impossible cheese burger (plant based). And it is Goooood! Same goes for the zuchini fries and onion rings!
service was good! And the placed filled up pretty quickly on a saturday arvo.its not a cheap burger.but is is a good burger with quality ingredients.only issue is the rustic bun.would lovee for it to be softer.

I love eating the grilled food there because it tastes amazing and most of all it is healthy for you.

Usually order delivery but for once we ate in restaurant. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff however, the food was cold unfortunately. It’s the only grilld I’ve been to where the food was cold. Everywhere else it’s piping hot. Also explains why when we order delivery from here it’s always cold, it’s because it’s cold to start with so we always have to heat it up in the oven when it arrives

The guy name zack was great
With good customer skills he also took really good care of our food

The chefs are great too
The food came in our table on time

Definitely coming back

Its best place for Sundays lunch with jazz music and place is so comfortable

Food was good, but this store constantly get my order wrong (I usually build my own burger) but they are friendly and always fix it quickly

4 out of 5 for service as (like all places now a days), they have moved away from the old fashioned table service

I went in store early so I could beat their peak hour, when I got there (at 5: 05pm) the shop was tidy and the lady who served me was lovely and there was not many customers seated and absolutely no one else ordering.however… I bought 4 burgers it took around 10-15 minutes for it to be ready which was fine but when I got home 5 minutes drive from my house, the burgers were SOGGY, COLD and gross there was no love put into them, it was as if they had these burgers sitting out from a wrong order they’d done.
I would not waste my time or money coming here again,
Tip: if you stuff up someone’s order dont Give the next customer that meal you prepared before they ordered, this is how everyone loses customers.

I ordered some food last night and was in a hurry because the store was closing and by mistake my order became a pick up instead of delivery. I then called the Casey store and talked to Courtney and Cynthia and told them my problem, after negotiating they delivered my food to me! I felt so touched and happy! Thank you so much for understanding my plight and being kind enough to send someone out to me!

The service was friendly and helpful, restaurant clean and the food was immense! I had the burger with the pineapple. Summer something. Yummmmmm and the new onion rings are tremendous

The new chicken burger are AMAZING! Oh and do yourself a favour and get the onion rings! Delish

Demogorgon Burger! Pretty sure it’s a limited time only but nice to see new stuff. Wife was also to get her fancy customised healthy version of a burger with their HFC menu too!

Staff are friendly! Nice vibes in this store. Seems a little more spacious and relaxed

We order some burgers by using their website on the 5th of June 2022 and we received the wrong items.also the food was left outside the house in the frizzing cold, the delivery man didn't even ring the bell.we submitted a feedback form 18 days ago and we still got no solutions for this mistake. Its no correct that such a big company doesn't have a better customer service.

It's what you'd expect, and there's nothing wrong with that. Food was excellent and the service staff were great, even during the dinner rush.

I love the taste of the burgers but it’s really disappointing that here’s no way to hold the burgers together. So it is a huge mess and quite frustrating having our whole huger fall out trying to bite it. The shared platter chips again tasted great but misleading name when there’s only about 6 chips on each pottle
