Grill'd Carnegie

Nothing beats grilled burgers. Ordered the gluten free Brie and bird. The cranberry sauce with the Brie omg best combo ever. First time trying this burger.
The waitress was super attentive and friendly.
Grill’d franchise’s are the best must come for a cheap Healthy dinner or lunch.

Went here a couple months ago they were out of zucchini chips which was disappointing. Finally decided to go back, and I went right before the dinner rush; again, they were out of zucchini chips, and no only that, they were also out of gluten free buns. We ended up leaving. What a disaster.

Walked passed and decided to go in for a snack. Ordered chips and chicken nuggets. Was surprised by how good the chicken nuggets tasted which I didn’t expect. Was later told by the staff that it’s a healthier version that’s cooked with Extra Virgin Olive oil. Never tasted chicken nuggets so delicious before! Wished the size could be bigger.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service and burgers I received from Grill’d Carnegie last night. I ordered delivery and after 45 minutes of waiting for my food to arrive i noticed the expected ETA changing so I called the store. The staff member told me it shouldn’t be long and that it would be there very soon. Another 25 minutes passed and the order was still sitting there with the driver waiting in the store. I called again and told them it’s been too long and that I am coming now to pick it up. When I arrived my order wasnt there, it was given to the driver and already on the way to my house. Not only was the service shocking - I should not need to wait over an hour for burgers- the food was stone cold. I expect more from a place like Grill’d

A safe bet for some decent burgers.

The burgers are pretty stacked and can easily get messy when eating them.

The zucchini chips are amazing. Highly recommend them.

The burgers were amazing! Though it did take some time to receive the food. But overall it was very nice.

Very disorganised, stuffed up kids order eventhough it was pointed out on the menu upon ordering, sauce bottles empty, served warm water in the kids bottles, and warm water for table water. 30 degrees today, not happy

I don't know what's happened, they used to serve good quality food. Stale chips, stale bun and the patty didn't taste right.

Shout-out to Josh who served us on the weekend at Grilled Carnegie! Service was impeccable! Keep up the good work!

If Ben isn’t already the owner / manager / regional customer service executive, he should be.

Ben went above and beyond today during peak time, to manage multiple of my large orders patiently and respectfully both over the phone and in store.

In a timely manner, he and the team prepared our meals perfectly and have to also note that every single element in our burgers was perfect.

Thank you all, & Grill’d - Give Ben a promotion. It’s not every day you find Customer Service like this.

Come here regularly and always super fast and lovely service. Overheard front of house giving everyone in the kitchen well deserved kudos as orders flew out on a super busy Friday night and it's just nice that the team here seem treated well. Definitely a favourite

Staff talk more then they actually spend time making your order, told me it would take 10 minutes, they had it ready 20 minutes after I got there to pick it up.

Poor management of staff, they just forgot to give another bag (1/2) to the delivery driver & when i was nearly 2min away from the customers house, restaurant called me & informed about the another bag which they forgot. When I arrived at the customer house & called the restaurant for the confrontation they took so long time to understand the situation. Because of your poor management, the delivery driver & the customer has to suffer the consequences.

One of my favourite burgers & zucchini chips in Melbourne. Staff is always nice. Supporting the community is a super cool perk:)

Decent food with slower than expected service.

I only got some sides: chips with herb aioli and the caesar pocket. The chips and herb aioli were great. Even without the sauce, the chips were delicious. The caesar pocket tasted a bit dry.

I waited around 10-15 minutes which felt like a long time for a couple of side dishes.

Burgers are around $12-15, and sides are around $5-7.

I love Grill'd burgers. Reasonable price and tasty food. Drinks are a bit overpriced but you don't have to get one.

Best grild ever! Special mention to the man to grild my bugers. Workers are cohesive and overall a splendid experience

Delicious quality burgers and also guilt-free. I know that they look after their produce/ providers. And also give some of their earnings to local organisations.
I would suggest getting the demogorgon burger - Spicy, sweet and savoury all in one!
