Grill'd Burwood

Nice modern interior with chill vibes. The burgers and fries are literally addictive; always hot, fresh, and well-seasoned. Since going vegan I have tried the garden goodness and amazing vegan cheeseburger. While I'm pumped that Grill'd is catering to vegans, I do wish that they were a bit more equal to the meat burgers, if you get what I mean. Non-vegan burgers are loaded with avo, beetroot, fried eggs, etc, while the vegan ones are a bit empty in comparison.

Can often not get through on the phone to do a phone order. The phones often ring out, no one answers.

Always premium quality dishes, with excellent staff protocols; I appreciate the "hello, how are you's" and the "have a nice day's". Burgers are restaurant quality for the price of a McDonald's meal.

I pray for yet will never find a time that this garbage grilld won’t burn my (coeliac) gf burger bun

Just came here this morning for a quick bite. Had a slight issue with the chips which was fixed so good on that. We later requested for ketchup which the serving lady just threw at our table in disguise. Felt super awkward as this was our first time experiencing something like this at such a renown brand in the city we call home. Just wanted to put it out here.

I do the window cleaning and the staff are so pleasant and very helpful. Haven't experienced the food there yet.

Have dined in at so many Grilled stores and this is downright the very worst. Certainly not what I expect from this franchise. Was seated in the outside area waiting for our meal and a staff member was 5 metres away, sitting on some steps, in uniform, and vaping on a break! Do I need to say more? Probably should add that they got the burger order wrong, and the music was so loud I couldn't hear my 10 year old son 50 cms away. They also forgot his chips with the meal order and went I went to ask at the counter the staff member looked at me like I was lying and then checked the receipt before I was given them. No way would I EVER return here. Btw, Nandos is next door

Food was okay. Did get delivery so expected the quality to somewhat drop, as it does in general. Burger was quite messy but chips and chip dip were yummy. Can't comment on atmosphere or service

The dark sweet potatoes are really terrible! One of the staff’s attitude is rubbish as well! Won’t come back again!

The food is often good but the wait time and disorganisation of the place makes me not want to visit again. Last week when we visited, our food was waiting on the bench for way too long as staff were busy chatting amongst themselves.

Ordered a burger meal. When the burger arrived it wasn't the burger I had ordered! Had to ask for the burger to be remade. Chips didn't come with the meal aswell! Went up to the counter and asked for the chips and received a "Are you telling the truth? " look. In the outdoor seating area the music was very loud and irritating. I couldn't hear anything that the person I was with was saying. Had to get up and move to another table. A staff member on a break was VAPING near where people were eating. I have eaten at many Grilld's as it is my favourite burger place but I would never come back here.

Most of the time this place is great. Have been going here for years.
After living interstate for 3 years I came back to show my mates how awesome this place is to be disappointed by the food and the state of the kitchen.
I ordered through my phone at the table (19) and they missed 3 sauces that came with the chip share plate and our 2 drinks.
When I went to the counter to get them, I saw their floor where they dress the burgers and it was shocking to leave a space in that condition especially when the public can see it.

If I go back and it's better, I'll change my review.

Good food. Friendly staff. Probably the only criticism would be that the tables need some TLC. Felt sticky to touch.

Worst Grill’d ever. Dry patty, missing sauce, overburnt burger. This happens multiple times because we were like “surely it’s just a one off mistake”, then gave them more chance. We love Grill’d but since moving to Burwood this branch has been my bane of existence

The burgers are delicious and the customer service is good, but I wasn’t so happy with my recent experience. I ordered the Caesar salad which is usually my go to and the egg white was goopy, the bread was well over seasoned, some of the lettuce was brown and there was a hair in my food
I’m honestly not too fussed especially because they were pretty busy but definitely not what you should expect.

Heavenly experience last night at Grilld Burwood, with a dashing young stud named Liam taking care of our table. He is a wizard.

Is it really that hard to update your working hours? It is not acceptable to have 9: 30 as your Sunday night closing time and close at 8: 30. Absolutely disappointing.

This store has turned out to be the worst, in terms of service.
Very unhelpful, rude and disrespectful staff.
They don't even understand the meaning of customer service.

They mess up orders and when you tell them they say no we did it right.
I have picked up orders and went home and realised the chips were missing or downgraded to a smaller size several times.

Close down this store.

Food and service are not as good as before. Chips are overcooked. Staffs don’t smile anymore. Really miss those welcoming staffs before Covid.

Friendly staff that always follow your food instructions, never had any issues with this grill, always delicious
