Absolutely appalling customer service. Total rip off my friend was made to pay for her meal for her entire family twice. Even though she showed that the initial payment had come out of her account. Disgusting

In foodcourt before show at Hamer Hall and Grill'd and Boost juice only places open! I was fine with that, but husband disappointed but luckily another place did open for him, however I was happy to have their new vegetarian Mexican burger. It was really good or could that be because there were corn chips in it! And some jalpenos, too. Also yes had some of their famous chips, which, with their hint of rosemary, are always a touch above other fast food chips. Very very popular 6pm on a Sunday which wasn't a surprise as rest of foodcourt dead.

Great burgers (quality meat, good bread options, good condiments). Goos sweet potato fries. Free glasses of water. Good service, friendly professional staff. Yusef was especially great.

Burger really tasty and potato chips were crispy and well seasoned. The Zucchini chips, however, were extremely oily and not crispy at all.

One of the yummiest and freshest lamb burgers I have ever had. The chips were a bit of a letdown. Only fast food that survived the covid in the foodcourt. Great location and staff are the sweetest.

Not the greatest Really busy 39 min wait. No buns left and charged an extra 1.00 each for the gluten free buns. We were still hungry after the meal.

Guy's and girl's done very well over the Momba weekend keeping up with the demand and still putting together quality tasting burgers.

This is so far the worst grill’d I’ve ordered food from. From presentation to flavor, a mess I must say. If you walk a little bit further to Degraves Grill’d, they do 100 times better. One rotten apple spoils the barrel

I love this brand but this location is really sub standard. Everything felt a bit dirty, the water bottle of table water was filthy.

Such an Amazing experience at Grill'd. The team were working so hard to get food out on a really busy night and they did so with such care and effort. Well done to all!

Ordered some burgers and chips for two and dined in. Food was fresh and delicious and our server Jane was lovely and had our food out super quick!

OMG this is your listing, you control the open hours. Why do you lost open at midnight till 4pm if you are NOT functioning!

Ordered food for 7 people. Delivery came, missing one person's meal entirely whilst messing up orders and Missing chips. Not a small error mind you, multiple errors in our meals. Absolutely pathetic service

We had a bit of a whoopsie with this store and ended up quite disappointed (and without food). Why 5 stars then? The professional and caring way, in which we were acknowledged and looked after by management was outstanding and a true credit to Grill'd's customer focus. We have absolutely no doubt that whatever happened on the night was a blip and will not hesitate to come back. We like their "impossible" burgers and their chips are always perfectly crisp and seasoned.
