Great quality products in a beautifully laid out shop. Fantastic selection of complementary products like pastas, sources, meat rubs and dairy milk cream, ice creams, even some frozen seafood. Freshly baked bread is also available. If you get in early enough the bread is still hot!

Visit this butcher when in berwick and while expensive the standard of meat is always good. Sadly not so this time, the lamb cutlets were tough and unpleasant to eat

Such beautiful fresh produce, been coming for years. Their sausage rolls are SO good, we get all our deli meats and even bread from here. Service is always super friendly and accommodating. Lots of home made products easy for a quick dinner.

I buy these pies once a week from here. Usually they’re good. I rang and said it’s rock hard and full of fat, they told me to put it in a bag and bring it back.
Theirs the photo and trust me that does not do it any justice. Meats rock hard and fat was everywhere. Now instead of coming all the way back and in future, you’ve just lost a family that spends weekly because of your ignorance. Yes you in the background saying put it in a bag and bring it in. That’s not customer service that’s very rude. I paid top dollar for that and was treated like a fly. End of, never again!

It is difficult to find a good butcher with high quality meat. I think I found the jackpot. I bought the lamb sausages and scotch fillet. When I barbequed the Sausages there was no fat and they didn't shrink as a lot of Sausages do. The flavour was amazing and very filling. Then the steak. I cooked the steak to medium rare and it melted in the mouth. I don't think I have had steak that good. The knife cut through it like butter. I have only been twice, the staff have been very helpful and polite. I hope as I continue to shop there, the quality of the meat continues to improve.

The range of ready-made meals, to raw meats, is wonderful. Don't want to cook dinner? Buy one of their delicious, chunky family beef pies. Planning a slow-cook casserole? Pick up the meat here, along with one of the many great rub mixes. A personal favourite for our family are the salt and pepper chicken tenderloins which crisp up perfectly in a shallow fry. The diced bacon also comes in handy for adding to pastas. Sure, the meat here costs a bit more than most butchers but it's worth it. I've been buying my meats here for a couple of years now and never once had a poor piece of produce from this shop.

Beautifully presented store, good prices and an amazing range (presskopf is hard to find!). They were also extremely friendly and helpful, and made up more skewers for me on the spot (which were amazing by the way). Highly recommend this local gem

I have died and gone to ham heaven. The house cured ham and bacon is seriously amazing - it is mind boggling how good this stuff is compared to the usual shaved ham you'd buy at the supermarket deli. Next level. The roast pork is also divine. Great selection of meats and artisan chutneys, cheeses and other small goods. Lovely friendly staff. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. It's a weekly shop for me now

The lamb cutlets I bought 2 were off, plain chicken sausages are the same as the chicken and chive meatballs - what is the small pieces of orange stuff in both? ! Meat was on the back bench not in fridge display unit, gloves should be worn while handling people's meat, you need to display what exactly is in the meat and breadcrumbs, will not be coming back anymore

After relocating from Berwick to Warragul, I still make a special trip here to get my meat! Great quality and taste. If only there was one closer to home
